Picking wild ramsons!

This was such a cool experience ! The first foraging trip of the year. Ramsons / ramslök is the type of wild garlic we have in sweden, and it is delicious ! I cant wait to cook more with it. We made pesto, bruschetta, dried spice, and pickled leaves and flowerbuds, so delicious ! Have you picked ramsons before ?
