Winter soap making fail :D
I was actually not to upload this vlogg but this my last vlogg with Traktor in it, since he got sold shortly after filming this video, I wanted my last shots up of him. Soap making is interesting and difficult, and I look forward to learning a lot more!

We actually did this wild thing :D ( for me, a hermit, that likes staying close to home) Its the furthest I have driven I think, but the experience in the market was so amazing, warm and bubbly. I love all your work!!! Can we get a video on your drafting process? Like how you make the patterns for this kind of thing? I'm especially interested in the chamfrons and other armor pieces, I've always wanted to try making those for my boy! He's got some medieval barding that would look soooo good with a few extra pieces :D

I’m so happy you finally made this video! I’ve always loved the tack you make, your craftsmanship is amazing! 💖 I do a bit of leatherwork myself (I’m also self taught), I’ve never made any horse tack though. I’m waiting for the day I get my own horse/s to make some! 😊

@@thenightingalefarm I am definitely thinking of making my dog some stuff. He’s white so I’m thinking blue or red will suit him well. Can’t wait to see what future projects you come up with! For myself I really want to make a couple pairs of fanciful half chaps. I would love a pair with some white and blue detailing like porcelain!
I would love to make stuff like this for my own horse but I have no idea where to begin. I have attempted to make a bridle with fake leather and nylon but it turned out too small for my horse so days of work went to waste. A video of how you make the cast of your horses face would be nice to see.

Yes - you really should get some Rabbits, to. We started with Rabbit a few years back. Added Goose. Now we're building the Muscovy Mob. The combination provide all the meat we need with verynlittle work on our part.
