1 thing I didn't like in a lot of the projects these days that dinning area is kept while just entering the flat. It's the very 1st thing while entering. In this video also 1st there should be living area then dinning

@@luxurypropertyhub6246 i have seen both. The plan is different from assetz marq. Not sure whether they have built a new one in bloom and Dell in 3 months.

@@PrasaanthP Both Assets marq 4.0 floor plan (exclude additional office space room with a separate entry door) and Assets Bloom & Dell 2039 sq ft plan are similar. Only difference is in the foyer space.

@@raisukrutha could you please share any assets links to assets marq 4.0? My understanding marq ends with 3.0 and i saw the 4 bhk office space and assets bloom and dell. I know the differences.
