Better portion size but would have been about half the calories without the empty calories of those cream cheese filled fillo dough things. I wish you the strength to research and make the permanent changes in your diet and health so that you can then live a long life full of adventure and persuing dreams that your weight has perviosly limited you.

I’m always skeptical about how effective boycotts actually are, especially in a world economy. I just saw on the news that 1,000 people have died from heat exhaustion at Mecca during this year’s Hajj. So horrible! And reminded me that for a while you and Salah were talking about going. Probably a blessing that you didn’t!
yeah same I have several reasons. I think a lot of people boycott without even knowing why they are they just follow everyone else. I was kind of doing that also.
