Diffraction and f/22 on 35mm film

I use whatever aperture necessary to get the depth of field I need but many people fear using f/22 (or smaller) in case it spoils the sharpness of their 35mm film images. In this video I go into my local forest and shoot four different lenses at f/22 to see just how much softness (if any) this creates.
