Ye plan toh aapka achha hai. But light aur window and Vantilation ke liye kuchh batayiye. Bcoz aaj kal toh side se space toh milta nhi hai

Needn't have a wall between living & staircase room. In fact the staircase can just be an "L" shaped one extending all the way into the living. This way, the living cum dining will be larger.
Study room or another Bed Room can be built in the terrace either now or anytime on future
There need not be a study room. Master BR must have an attached toilet because :-
As per Hindustani culture & tradition, the master of the house is the oldest living member like Father or Mother. They r the master of the family, even if the son buys the house in his name.
Master must always sleep in the master bedroom which is in the South West & the South Western wall must be thick and Fortified. The reason for this is that the Sun shines from the south western side during winters and the South Western walls will absorb all the heat during the day & evening and radiate it at night.
Reason for having an attached toilet in the master bedroom is that elderly people "Now-a-days" (Not like olden days) suffer from various ailments and will need to use the bathroom often, especially at night time. Having a master BR attached toilet cum bathroom will be helpful

i need 33*42 single story
nice plan though but i can observe few few problems with this design,
1. no attach bathroom to master bedroom
2. toilets are randomly placed where the cost of plumbing will increase
3. parking may hav issue .

This is okay if all four sides are open. What about ventilation when only front is open ?
With respect sir, add air duct for ventilation . Add bathroom in master bed room.

We have a plot of 24' 10'' x 52'0'' west facing. Could you please suggest some design for first floor. For ground floor, we want to keep it vacant so that we can use it for commercial purpose (for bank, mini super market or storage kind) in-future. Also, if possible, please tell the estimated cost.

Ur design is good but without toilet attached to master bed.
Sir I just wanted to know that ,
drawing + dining room is 15' 9" by 17' 11" as per your drawing and There is no column in it,
so it's load balancing is okay for future, and it will not break or crack in future ....!!??
