Sir I have a question, so if I put a cold water bottle out from the fridge and now it is gaining heat in order to balance its temperature with the room temperature so will it count as an endothermic reaction?
my chemistry teacher took 50 minutes class and i didn't understand a shit, you only took five minutes and i understand everything now , great video man keep it up!

This is AMAZING!!! I have a great teacher, but didn't really get this in class. But your simple explanations and helpful examples really helped me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
A good chemistry textbook should present a list of bond energies called enthalpies. Like a mass balance, you only have to count de bonds in a given compound adding theír respective enthalpies. And a simple enthalpy balance between the products and reactants of a given chemical reaction will let you know whether the reaction is exothermic or endothermic by a calculation known as the reaction enthalpy.
Hi Zayn - it is! We're re-uploading this vid as we decided to make some small changes to timing of it as we felt it was a bit fast. Tomorrow will be a new upload though :)
Thank you so much...chemistry has always been such a mess for me!!!!....one correction, at the end when you wrote chemicals on the graph for the endothermic reaction, you wrote CaO+O2 instead of CaO+ CO2. Thank you!
I can't get my head around the endothermic reaction because I would have thought that because it requires more energy to start the reaction the reactants would have a stronger bond (more energy) ?? plsss someone help

Wait so is a chemical reaction in which the reactants have more energy than products exothermic or endothermic
Exothermic
thank you and to your amazing presentation I'm really like it
Watching from Solomon islands 🇸🇧
how do we know wether the products have high energy or not? so we can either place them low or high?
A good chemistry textbook should present a list of bond energies called enthalpies. Like a mass balance, you only have to count de bonds in a given compound adding theír respective enthalpies. Oh my GOD my final exam is in an hour I learnt the topics my teacher gave me but the test questions are sooo hard
So endothermic reactions need external heat to abotain it but exothermic release heat without any external factor?

I'm trying to wrap my head around this question, but why do the reactions between metals sulphate solutions considered as exothermic?
I asked my teacher and when she reply me I will answer you
because the bonds in the reaction are being formed, and this releases energy, hence considered exothermic lmao tell me if this helped
