That chocolate that you guys bought is not for eating, but for drinking. Just put water or milk to boil, you ad as many pieces of chocolate, depending on the desire thickness, those will dissolve, you can also use those little blenders to create foam, and ready, hot chocolate to drink, awesome. If you ate it, not a good idea.
GUYS IF YOU ARE GOING TO Aurora zoo. Go tuesday to friday, yall can feed the giraffes, not too much people. Lots of salvadoreans visit the zoo. Visit Oakland mall and Cayala
Daww thanks! 🤗 so nice! Yeah if we visit that zoo we will go those days. And next time in Guatemala City we will check out both those. 🥰 thanks again for all the recommendations! Love that you’ve joined our little growing community 🧡
Yep that is my home town. In pana you can have breakfast buffet at Barlo del Lago. You can have a buffet at Hotel del Lago and great views, close to reserva maya. At night Circus bar, the pizza is great and great guitar players too.
Thanks so much for the comment and the recommendations! We saw the circle bar and it looked so fun!🎪 WE LOVE YOUR HOMETOWN!! We appreciate the support🤗🇬🇹🇬🇹
Excellent video, I hope you like your stay in Guatemala, people who are interested in knowing are always welcome, always respecting the tourist sites. Joyful journey.
Howdy! No offence taken haha. We talked to the worker and he said it was that one but totally could’ve been wrong. We gotta start fact checking more. Cheers, take care! 🤗
@@WyattandReyka Thank you. That’s good to know. We are traveling in search of our favorite Latin American retirement city between Mexico and Argentina ( currently in Nicaragua ). We try to avoid giant mobs of tourists when possible. We speak Spanish so we like to spend our time with locals, although we do not speak any of their other languages Thx again !
@@WyattandReyka Nicaragua is great, if you don’t mind hot weather. We are in the mountains of Matagalpa. Very nice city and cooler but still a bit warmer than we like it. But super inexpensive, friendly locals….very nice. Come visit !
Just looked up Matagalpa. Wow, it is out there! So fun. We’d love to visit Nicaragua soon 😊. There are just so many places in the world that deserve visiting
typical when one is in a hurry 1 you buy 2 quetzales of tortillas 2 you go to a neighborhood store and buy 3 quetzales of fresh cheese and a coke and that's it 👍 o 1 🥑 aguacate 👍♥️🇬🇹😊
Oops! Is that what we said? We meant, one of the oldest churches in Guatemala. Just double checked and a few in Antigua and xela are older. Will add a note in the description about this thank you!
Please don't say "cómo estás" to someone you don't know. It's rude. It's too familiar. Say: Cómo está....without the S at the end........it's like using a polite YOU (which you dont have in English....I get it....)..but we do in French and Spanish. Thank you for the video. Going there this summer. Very insightful.

Don’t mean to offend you guys, but the oldest church is actually in quetzaltenango. It’s the oldest church in Central America .

Yeah just looked it up apparently the one in salcaja was built in 1524 and the one in panajachel was 1547! Apologies for the mistake!

Welcome to my Country.
Thank you!! 🤗🥰
Can you rent out of the tourist areas where there is more of a local feel and cheaper non-tourist prices ? We will be there next May and June.
Yea definitely! We rented outside of the touristy pana and it was delightful. Local shops all around makes everything feel like our Guatemala 🥰
