That embossing folder and the skinny letters were the perfect match for this. I think you made a great choice in having it all white, aside from the bows. It really draws the eye to the rabbits. I collect bunny dies and I'm really regretting not getting the advent this year. There were so many good dies this year. I adore this card! Using the bunnies for the letter L was genius! You won't regret purchasing that metal board. I've had mine for a few years & it's been a tremendous help for so many things.
I really needed that tip about the corner. I just got a stack of cardstock that looked exactly like that. So timely! It's lovely to have you back in the craftroom. You're hardly behind. I'm enjoying the calm now after the holiday. I don't take down my decorations until January 6th or when the batteries run out on my timer lights if they are already dead on January 6th. Although the outdoor wreaths will probably come down soon as the cedar branches are already pretty brown. The branches they came off of must have already been broken before my husband collected them for me. I am happy I no longer have to worry about that tree falling or more limbs breaking but the space in the yard is looking quite stark and summer will be hotter in the kitchen without its shade. The brain makes sense of words even when they have the wrong letters in, so substituting an image often works really well! Try it and see!😊
