What should be the minimum rpm speed of homogenizer n other stirrer.

The rate would depend on multiple factors including batch size, materials, etc. As a general recommendation, we typically suggest mixing at 500 rpm, homogenizing at 5000 rpm, and then decreasing the mixing rate to 200 rpm as the formulation cools. However, these parameters will need to be adjusted to suit the formulation being developed.

hello I want hair color cream formulating Low amonia Can you do that?

Thank you for your question. At BASF Care Chemicals we create temporary hair color using our Vibracolors (ammonia free, cationic dyes). However, we do not have formulations for permanent hair color. Thank you.
