Although I have yet to receive job interviews from small businesses, I do appreciate those that administer math tests through their human resources department. In fact, I am confident that if the selection process involves a diploma and math tests, I will be considered for a job interview. Mathematics serves as a crucial tool for unlocking opportunities that might otherwise be inaccessible. As someone who holds a major in Mathematics, I am capable of creating advanced math problems. I only wish that more businesses would adopt math testing as a part of their hiring process.
I really can’t believe I’m writing this. I got the job! I watched this and all your videos. I also made a PowerPoint to sell myself. It worked! Interviewed last Friday and was offered the job today! It was my #1 opportunity, $20k more than my previous role. Thank you for your videos.
Hi there! Thanks for the compliments. The reason for that is because I am not a UA-camr. I don't enjoy shooting videos. The only reason why I have shot any video is to add value to your career while also sharing information about my LIG program - which is used to fund the studies of underprivileged girls in various countries around the world. Other than that, this channel has no purpose I am afraid :)
I diddnt think.id get much out of a UA-cam video . But this is fantastic I was just about to go into an interview a bit cocky but you humbled me and prepare me thank you so much
You are amazing man! I have been watching your videos since 2017 and they have helped me a lot. I even landed roles overseas, something i never thought i could do lol
I'm so thankful that i saw this video, i have an interview in a few days and i was quite feeling low about it, this helped me on how and what i should do to be more confident about my next interview...thnx again Ps: wish me luck!
There is a risk HR sees straight through the bluff strategy, even if they are not subject matter experts. Some HR are specialized in a certain area and know if something makes sense or not. If they dont understand something, they can always ask the candidate to explain .... Isn't it a bit risky to for an interviewee to bluff his/her way through an HR interview?
The probability of a candidate making it to the next stage in interviews is about 15% - at recession times much much lower. This means you'll have to take risks and shake the tree somewhere otherwise the most likely outcome is that you'll fail anyway. You don't necessarily have to BS, though. It's about proving that you're not a "commodity-employee". Meaning, you're NOT just one of hundreds of millions of employees who can do the same job. You have something different to offer, you have an expertise gained in that particular field.
I received a call from a recruiter for a cybersecurity position with a company I dreamed of working for. It was really easy and lasted about five minutes and I was booked for the hiring interview. I polished up on all my cyber skills (recently acquired skills) and thought I was as prepared as I could be. Not one single technology or cyber question at all. It was purely situational and behavioral. I was not prepared at all for that. I did get the job, but I was caught way off guard. This video would have been great arsenal!
I feel so motivated by your optimism and confidence in our abilities, thank you for this video! My interview is in two days and will definitely keep these info in mind.
I don’t know what inclined me to look this up on UA-cam right before my interview but I am so glad that I did! No, I did not get the job, but I did refuse it because I am more than positive it was pyramid scheme. I really liked that. You talked about the realities of fake interviews. And that really got me thinking about fake job postings. !Thanks for the video!
Thanks for this video, It makes me feel more confident. I know I have a lot of knowledge but sometimes for me it's hard to show them and even more difficult because I'm not a native english speaker. However I think this is a good start and I've taken few notes of this interview preparation because I'm looking for a job and I want to be successful!.

Bless you for your sincerity and nurturing people
Thanks greatly for the session🎉
Congratulations! So happy for you.
I don't whether i will qualify my interview or not but i do really appreciate your point of view.... Its Really working 😍
Watched till the end and your final words moved me and encouraged me. Shall update u end of march after I interview. Thanks.
This is extraordinary man, you really nailed it, I am sure I am ready, it was the best enlightenment ever! God bless u
You're most welcome.
Where have you been? Why have you stopped doing the videos?? You were fantastic and I used to watch every video you did, promptly.
Good reminders for the seasoned, and even better intro for those newer to the market.
Thanks Paul.
Never outshine the master….

8:18 : 1er Law : never outshine the master - 48 laws of power
You are amazing man! I have been watching your videos since 2017 and they have helped me a lot. I even landed roles overseas, something i never thought i could do lol
Amazing!
I'm so thankful that i saw this video, i have an interview in a few days and i was quite feeling low about it, this helped me on how and what i should do to be more confident about my next interview...thnx again
Ps: wish me luck!
Glad it helped! Best of luck.
Wow. What a pleasure and informative video. I'm already better than I was before viewing this video. Blessings brother 🙏🏽
You are very welcome
@@DenizSasal thanks for your explanation. Yes it makes sense to stand out to get to the next phase in the process.
Congratulations Tim!
Very genuine, very humble, very well delivered.. I took away new information that I did not know. Thank you sir
Glad it was helpful!
So far the best video I've watched about a job interview, straight to the point.
Thank you.
I have a interview for McDonald's on Friday the 2nd of August
You are great. No unnecesary information given. Straight to the point.
I feel so motivated by your optimism and confidence in our abilities, thank you for this video! My interview is in two days and will definitely keep these info in mind.
You got this!
@@DenizSasal thank you!!
@@DenizSasal btw I got the job!! Thank you for your videos!
I got an interview this very night and so I am watching your video!
Best of luck with the next one!
This was so good! I know I can nail my interview by incorporating all of your tips .
You got this!
Amazing dude. Thank you 🙏🏽
No problem 👍
Thank you soo much for the video!! Can I ask you if its possible to have some video examples on situational interview questions?
Thanks for this video, It makes me feel more confident. I know I have a lot of knowledge but sometimes for me it's hard to show them and even more difficult because I'm not a native english speaker. However I think this is a good start and I've taken few notes of this interview preparation because I'm looking for a job and I want to be successful!.
Glad it was helpful!
