If you get one tell meas well
Take 1 tsp triphala powder before bedtime ( it is bitter in taste) or eat amla murabba ( Indian gooseberry) in morning , curry leaves empty stomach in morning 4-5, bharingraj powder + brahmi powder + black sesame seed powder ( take all 3 in equal quantity and mix ) take 2 tsp of this above mention powder mix after breakfast , do yoga in morning , do not eat junk or overly spicy food and apply home made coconut oil ( add amla , curry leaves , Fenugreek , kalongi seeds , bharingraj ,and brahmi powder in it ), I hope it will help you 😊❤
