The way you care for amaryllis can vary, depending on whether you're growing it indoors or outdoors and when you want it to bloom.
Caring for Amaryllis Indoors in Spring and Summer
To bring your amaryllis care indoors, partially fill a five- to seven-inch pot with a quality, well-draining sandy loam potting mix. Then, plant the amaryllis bulb so the top third is exposed when you fill in the rest of the pot with potting mix. The bulbs should be planted 10 to 12 weeks before you want them to bloom.
Grown as a potted plant indoors, amaryllis prefers direct morning sun but bright indirect light in the afternoon. Keep the soil moist but not wet. A thick flower stalk should shoot up within a few weeks after planting. The flat leaves will follow as the flower stalk matures. Turn the pot every few days, so the flower stalk receives uniform sunlight exposure on all sides and grows straight.
Caring for Amarillis Indoors in Fall and Winter
Many people purchase amaryllis bulbs and pot them in the fall so they can be in bloom over the winter holidays. If you're doing that, simply follow the setup steps used for spring planting. But if you're engaging in amaryllis care year-round, you can take some specific amaryllis care steps after flowering to encourage those winter blooms again.
After your amaryllis has bloomed, cut back the flower stalk but allow the foliage to continue growing. You can place your plant outdoors in summer in partial shade if you like. Water your amaryllis whenever the top two inches of soil becomes dry. And, feed it with a half-strength water-soluble fertilizer every two to three weeks.
Stop feeding in August, and bring the plant indoors. Its foliage will be depreciating, but the plant should never be exposed to frost. Cut back any fully depreciated amaryllis leaves. At this point, it's time to expose your amaryllis to dark conditions. Move it to a cool (55 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit), dry indoor spot that doesn't receive any light. Also, stop watering it either at this point or 10 to 12 weeks prior to when you want it to bloom (if you're targeting a winter holiday).
The lack of foliage and water will induce the amaryllis to send out another flower stalk. Resume watering at this time, and move the plant to a warm, sunny indoor spot. Leaves will appear, and blooms will soon follow. After flowering, withhold feeding for eight to ten weeks to induce the dormancy needed to reset the bulbs.

Листья при выкапывании не обрываю, сушу на солнечном и ветреном месте до завядания листьев, затем храню в сухом прохладном месте, пока не вынесу на посадку.

Hola, pienso que depende de donde vivas. Si estás en un país tropical, en estos momentos en el hemisferio norte es primavera y luego sigue el verano a partir del 21 de junio, de ser así, en mi caso que vivo en un clima que en verano puede alcanzar los 33 grados centígrados, calor seco, las estoy regando una vez por semana pues aún están en flor, luego que pase reduciré los riegos cada 15 días aproximadamente para ayudarles a que sus hojas se vayan secando, se pongan amarillas y así ya se les pueden quitar al bulbo , pues no le sirven para nada y más es el desgaste del mismo al tener que alimentarlas. Yo las tengo en macetas pues no tengo un patio, y cada 2.5 a 3 años les estoy cambiando el sustrato, yo uso uno suelto que tiene combina tierra negra, "tierra de hoja" y perlita, así la compro en el vivero donde la preparan, con este sustrato las raíces crecen a sus anchas y el bulbo crece, o engorda como lo califican otras personas, esto es favorable para la floración. Ya tipo octubre les corto las hojas sin piedad (usualmente en mi clima, después de que sus hojas han estado amarillas y las he podado, digamos de junio a octubre les han vuelto a crecer, muy verdes, muy largas, saludables, brillantes y bien bonitas, da pesar cortarlas) los bulbos quedan pelones, ah y no deben estar del todo enterrados, a los bulbos les gusta exponerse en parte al sol y así hay que dejarlos; pero con esta poda las preparo para que ya tipo febrero vayan echando sus brotes florales, les mantengo limpia el área alrededor de los ellos, añado ozmocote (que creo que es lo que la persona de este video les está colocando) pero si tienes acceso a gallinaza por ejemplo la puedes colocar en las orillas de las macetas no sobre los bulbos ni cerca pues los pueden quemar, ya verás en diciembre las hojas creciendo muy bonitas y la planta preparándose para la primavera, en este tiempo la puedes regar cada 10 días o cuando pongas tu dedo en el sustrato lo sientas seco, a estas plantas no les va bien el suelo húmedo pues puede sufrir pudrición. Y ya durante la floración, las riego una vez a la semana por mi tipo de clima. Espero haberte sido útil, suerte con tus bellas amarillys!

Hola te puedo compartir mi experiencia, le decía a otra persona en este chat, que depende del clima en donde vivas (si tu invierno es muy frío y neva o vives en un país tropical, donde solo hay dos temporadas: seca (noviembre a abril) o lluviosa (mayo a octubre, aunque ahora con el cambio climático las cosas están medio locas, pero bueno, tradicionalmente en mi país las temporadas las manejamos así) entonces siendo mayo 2023, y en mi caso que vivo en un país con clima tropical, las riego así: durante la floración, cada semana (por ejemplo, de sábado a sábado); una vez pasada la floración, les ayudo a que sus hojas se sequen espaciando su riego cada 15 días , y cuando ya las hojas se van poniendo amarillas las voy cortando, usualmente durante este tiempo comienza la temporada de lluvia, hay un "veranillo" en junio y julio, y ya en agosto comienza la época de huracanes que ni te digo cuánto llueve. Ya noviembre, les podo las hojas, expongo el bulbo, y ellas van echando hojitas nuevas, a inicios de febrero en mi caso va echando sus varas florales, en este tiempo las riego cada semana otra vez. Cada tres días, no sé a menos que vivas en un clima muy muy seco, te sugiero que a lo mejor puedas consultar en tu vivero de confianza para que te ayuden a conocer mejor tu linda planta. Saludos!

@@user-ii2xb8 Татьяна,а листья надо обрезать ? Я пробовала и обрезать и не обрезать.В зиму даю отдых.Не поливаю,выношу в подвал.Всё равно жируют,растут одни листья.Правда сочные ,большие.
@@user-ii2xb8 Татьяна я нынче делала уход цветов по другому! Тоже листья жировали пошли детки луковицы а цветов небыло! Зимой все обрезала, деток убрала, посадила заново! Решила поливать один раз в неделю розовым раствором марганца , через два дня водой ! Я просто была удивлена , когда в место листьев пошол ствол и по 4 шт бутонов в каждой! Весь подакойник стоял в цветах!

Луковица увеличивается в размере,наращивает мощные листья,растение развивается,в это время закладываются зачатки цветоносов,,считается каждые 4 листа - один цветонос...вот и считайте сколько листьев? Делим на 4 получаем на каждые 4 листа один цветонос...при этом удобряем или специальным удобрением для луковичных или удобрением для лука и чеснока,в них как правило калия больше чем азота и фосфора...есть возможность- на лето на балкон или в огород
