Are the belt loops on the scabbard actually usable so that I could thread my own belt through them to wear it for a cosplay? Or are they permanently molded into the fake leather strap and not useable at all? If it’s the latter, that’d be pretty disappoint. Means I’d have to find a way to mod it and make those loops useable.
@@strixsoren6847 So the entire thing is all plastic there is no other materials used in this at all .... So there is a slight Gap where that leather looking part is at but that is all hard plastic you can see light shine through it but it's probably smaller than the side of a coin So trying to use those as anchor points I do not think it would work out at all So I would definitely think you're going to have to make something yourself or tie leather straps to it too much so it wouldn't be as noticeable possibly ... Looks amazing but I’m wondering how durable it is like does it feel cheaply made like it could break cause when I was a kid my toy swords use to break a lot I’m not saying that I’ll actually use it for fighting just wanna make sure if it’s worth the price

BUT I am pretty sure if you drop either of them they are going to shatter it is made out of plastic all around So mostly it's meant to be a prop or a display piece that's what Proplica mostly does is make stuff that just looks accurate mostly for photos since cosplaying is really popular in Japan I was able to get it in Japan with a pre-order so it was a bit cheaper that way but not really by much and I was also able to get it a lot sooner than what it's going to be over here ... I would say if you're on the fence of if it's worth the price I would recommend just waiting until they go down in price they seem like they are going to be very available here in the USA Because I know most people get turned away instantly as soon as they find out that it is plastic and NOT metal ... To me I feel like it's worth it but I'm always going to say that because I am a huge Zelda fan and this is something I've wanted as a kid so to me personally I feel like it's worth it to finally have a officially licensed full-size replica that's what really mattered to me On the other hand I would not be surprised if these do get heavily discounted further down the road Thanks for watching
@@josesingh3857 so there are two things that you can try to look out for .. if the Yen stays where it's at or goes back down then that could help lesser the price because when you convert the price of Yen to Dollars it comes out to about $130 for it The problem you run into is then shipping it from Japan to here that is why the price is very high about $60-$90 So getting it from Japan is an option directly but your biggest factor is shipping now if you can find a place that will let you ship it on a boat then you can probably pay a lot less for shipping -$60 The next thing you could look for is waiting for it to go down in price a very good example of this has to be all of the Demon Slayer swords on BigBadToyStore they can range from 50% to 30% off of the original asking price and most of those are still in stock So you would have to keep tabs on most American stores to find one at a cheaper price Yes, I understand that it is not guaranteed but it is possible as long as they make more than what actually people want and the big turnaround for a lot of people is when they find out that they are NOT metal I have been to a lot of Anime conventions and comic book conventions that sell the swords and nobody really wants them as soon as they find out that they are plastic So yes I understand that Proplicas typically don't go down in price and after they sell out they can be pretty hard to find at a reasonable price... But recently it has been a bit strange since finding figures and other anime merch in Japan has been really easy I am not sure if companies are making just more product now but compared to 2010 where if you didn't pre-order it you're not getting one it has become very very different So just keep in mind that you would have to be waiting for it to go down in price now that is not guaranteed but getting it at a discounted price versus the full price is what I would recommend... So just take that into thought and consideration

But there will be a chance that they will be available at different collecting comic book stores video game stores just because Bondi has been trying really hard to get what are the products into American stores So as for right now everything being sold out that sounds about right because it's about to come out in USA and as far as trying to get it a little bit cheaper I already looked in Japan and there's already over 100 different sold listings all under $200 a piece ... Now don't forget to add in shipping from Japan but that still seems like it's pretty readily available over there and they're still available at some stores in Japan Now for over here we would still have to wait until it's officially released over here to start looking around for one of them and of course it's always a chance you could take if you don't want to get it day one .... I know the most notable ones they've made is like all of the different sailor Moon accessories they have made a good amount of those And that is just because they just focus more on it being accurate or correct to what it looks like in videogame just to take photos or to look good that is a bit more of what they go for in that line of collectables
It's a little disappointing for the price in all honesty. I was kind of hoping that when you turned it on the entire edges of the blade would light up like an LED lightsaber and be all completely blue like it is in the games along with all those sound effects now that would have been hella worth it.
yeah i didn't even know it was electronic at all i just saw pictures of it in a display when they announced it so when i saw it there is when i pre ordered it and for me i love it but yeah it's just a toy The sounds are cool and then there is rumble but not sure how they would do the light up without making it more pricey cause when you get it from JP after conversion it's about 130 USD after that so before shipping it's not that bad but they could have dropped all the sounds and rumble to make it closer to 100 USD cause if you are just gonna display it you really don't need that at all Over all i can just see nintendo doing random stuff to make there Proplica different than the others so that's why it has the sounds and rumble thanks for watching

I'm assuming is what you are asking So unfortunately I am color blind so I am not sure but it's the same color ish as the blame it's just that the texture changes and it's more smooth.... Like really really smooth and almost slippery so it catches the light in a way that's really interesting to look at Where as a lot of other things are more textured or have a more matte like finish The blade for itself that would actually be sharpened like a sword is really smooth and that's what gives it a kind of glowy shiny affect whenever you see it in person
