Subbed, thanks for the help to understand the manticore. I have never gotten past the first town in Rags to Riches but I used to be able to make it to byrnn back when it was first added. I've been playing the game since all there was the prologue but now I am just feeling washed and can't win. Your videos helped me consider what I may not be doing right. Thanks again
It's good to hear you're enjoying the content, keep practicing and you'll be back to where you were! I am really stoped that that my video is helping at least one individual, if you need any question or other guides needed just drop it in the comments, I'll try to cover it if I can!
i started the game a week ago and nearly went mad trying to get DW to work. i also got so far, that Daggers plus thick protection is the way 2 go. also flurry of strikes and concentration is insane. also maces was nice but double lunge and low energy cost in daggers nicer. i really struggled building dodge for like 2 days. dodge build without protection is shit. makes me happy to see i figured kinda the right path, but what u are doing is some expert lvl shit! really nice!
Yeah, with the recent updates, we lost a lot of armors with dodge, so it might not be the best idea to rely on that too much in the current meta. Flurry of Strikes works wonders when you pump up your Perception for higher accuracy, more successful hits mean you get more +1 ~2 more hits from Flurry. If you're still focusing on dual-wielding, you might want to try the "DW" electro build; it’s been getting a lot of attention because of its insane damage potential. Personally, I find that going past the regular builds and diving into magic makes things feel like easy mode, but it’s all about your playstyle! GL
Great video😊. I also play DW daggers but lack of dodge armor its kinda sad. Right now u need to have a lot of armor or You will die instantly in high level dungedon. I have BIG HOPE that this new tree Sabotage called will be some kind of great utility for rogue/assassin playstyle. Also it would be great if devs give us some rogue style armor to look like Cutthroat.
Thank you! Anyway, I totally agree with everything you said! :( Rogues definitely need more love. That said, we already have a decent variety of knives and daggers, eight, to be exact. (I’m planning to post dagger stats video with 3 new uniques in a few days to show more love to fellow rogue enthusiasts) going back asking for more might be pushing our luck, haha.
Hey quick question just to make sure I didn't miss something, but in your written guide your stat allocation recommendation is fairly different than what you're currently running in this video. You recommend to take strength, but in your video you don't have any points allocated to strength and are mostly in agi/per so just wanted to ask your reasoning/recommendations. Thanks for the written guide btw, love the detail! Really wanted to run a DW dagger build and then I found your channel;)
That clip was actually from my very first playthrough. To keep things consistent with what I’m posting, I included that portion of the video in the guide. By the time I made the guide, I was already on my third dual-wielding run. I tested different setups - my second run focused on sword and dagger with Strength and Perception, while my third run was purely daggers with the same stat focus. After those tests, I concluded that investing in Strength and Perception is more effective.
Yeah I did, I made a mistake with the first upload my bad, it didn't have any music. Sometimes I play SS without sound while farming T5 dungeons, or else I'll go crazy. Also, I switched up the music in this version. Thanks for finding value in my video! It was actually aimed at brand new players. Everyone starts at somewhere, I started there few years ago, but I'm still learning new things, especially with the recent update.
First, head to the camp near the Burial Cave where you'll find a book. Afterward, return to I'ocrey at the Rotten Willow and speak with him. You’ll need to gather the following ingredients for the recipe: "Chunk of Amber, Crawler Eye, and Mindwort." You can purchase the Chunk of Amber from Letar, the artificer in Brynn Quarters, and the Crawler Eye from Renod Kaan, the alchemist in Brynn Docks. Once you’ve collected all the ingredients, return to I'ocrey to exchange them for a potion.
The Shards by Pawel Perepelica, Its probably used in the very first redition of Stoneshard, its one of their tracks it quite good, I've been listening it non-stop while playing SS on mute.

Did you delete the previous video, could have sworn you uploaded this before.
Anyway, fantastic guide for a noob like myself.
