When you do an instructional video, it's a good idea to show HOW ITS DONE! You tell people how to access the squeaky part, What kind of lube used, Where to apply the lube, and put the cover back on. This video looks more like a magic show.
LOLO:L you thought this was an instructional video? Sorry friend. This was a video to share with my friends and co-workers. This is NOT an instructional video. Thanks RE: the magic show.
We have three on our roof. Two are squeaky, and one is so bad that when it _does_ turn(it takes a lot of moving air to make it turn), it makes a sound like someone is up there using a power jigsaw to cut a hole in the roof. Roommate, who's name the lease is in, is too chicken to call the LL and have someone come and lube or replace them. Guess it's gonna have to be me that goes up there...
Jonathan H sorry for the crappy video.... I lubricated with HHS2000 spray grease. I think it's now called HHS K. made by Wurth. It is still silent today. :).

Why didn't you show how it was done? What's the point?
The point was to show the before and after, using this product. This is not an instructional video. Still working, 7 years later. I love this product
Nice view. What did you use for lubricant? How did you remove the cover?
3 set screws hold down the whirl bird, lube im not sure what he used
This is the third one I've watched it shows absolutely nothing
It shows NOTHING on how to do it
Bet!
Kinda shows the ENTIRETY of the internals though...
What did you lubricate with? What are the lube points? I wish this video was more detailed... .. :(

Thanks for the video I have the word plastic whirlybird and didn't wanna go on the roof until I seen what I had to do that is haha🎉
Whats with all the insulation spilling out of your vent?
That is a plastic bag I used to carry tools to the roof, not insulation.
