    Harry, i want to thank you 1million times. You have helped me big time. Let me show you what you have allowed me to do,. I will post link soon., You give excellent instructions. Much better than James at Esprit.

    Hi Harry, I fly turbine helicopters and one has a crane, winch and water cannon. I am quite familiar with the sequencer, but I have a couple of questions that you might know the answer to this: My sequence is 60 seconds long. Even after I assign a switch, set asymmetrical, turn off cycling and turn off "finish" I have to sit and wait for the sequence to complete as I'm testing the programming. I cannot figure out how to stop the sequence mid-stream.

    The start and endpoint of both lines are the starting point when switching on the transmitter, even though one line is shorter than the other
    If you look from right to left the gear goes immediately in and the door after 1,8 sec.

    Hi Harry thank you for all you do
    I have a question regarding the sequencer , i am working on a Hanger 9 OV10
    my question is do all the servos for the doors have to be installed in the same position, or can I reverse four of the six servos ?

    Hello, how do I increase the open door time when I command it to open?

    Harry O Captain my captain… I’m trying to set a sequence to be activated with the release of my push button(SB position). (DLG, push for launch, release for zoom mode 3 seconds). REV, PROP. ?? Can I set the switch to the release? Thank you Harry.

    Nice Video. Looks very useful. Am I correct that if for realism's sake, on a Scale Military airplane, I could use this Sequencer to allow one Retract Servo to start a fraction of a second before the other (each retract on the Phoenix Corsair has it's own Retract Servo)?

      Could do but it is easier to go to Servo Setup and set a delay in one servo. That makes the servo run slowly but retract servos are not proportional so it does nothing until the signal crosses 0% then goes at its normal speed to the other end.

      @@cotswoldpilot Hello Harry, I'm looking at and considering using two Futaba S3170G Analog Retract Servos w/Planetary Gears that are claimed to be a Proportional Servos. I need two of them because there would be one servo used per retract. To eliminate any misinterpretation of the word "Proportional" I called Futaba USA and asked a technical representative if I could use the Jeti Transmitter's slewing capability to slow the servo down and he told me I could, however, I would like to get a 2nd opinion if you are familiar with this particular servo. Please reply and let me know if you have any first hand experience with this servo. Thank you very much. From Mike D'Amico

      @@michaeldamico5152I do not know that servo. It is normal for retract servos to not be proportional but there have been rare exceptions which were proportional so that Futaba servo might be. In this era of easily available hi-torque there is no reason why they should not all be propo! In that case, use a sequencer to delay the up travel, I suggest you do not delay the down travel in case you need it in a hurry, and in the sequencer settings tell it to overwrite one of the two retract channels

    i am attempting to set up the sequencer once more, i am using six servos three per door three doors, my question is do i set up ""Q"" for each servo?

    • @cotswoldpilot

      You only need one sequencer per type of sequence. Create a function, assign the sequencer as its control, then assign as many servos as you need. Set the sequencer to just go to minus 100%, or 0%, or +100% as required. In Servo Setup you can adjust the endpoints of travel for each individual servo.

    Hi Harry. Thanks for this video. You make setting a model up easy! One question I have is how do you set servo speed for the gear door.

    • @cotswoldpilot
      @cotswoldpilot  3 роки тому

      Use a slope, for instance if door is to open slowly, point 0 is say +100%, next point is at 2 seconds, -100%. Then servo travels along the slope taking 2 seconds to move
