In this sims 4 build challenge, youtube comments decide each room in my build! I asked my community to give me a ton of ideas for rooms, and today we're randomly using those ideas to create rooms in my sims 4 build!

Okay, so, in this house lives a family of vampires and forest witches. One of the twins is full-mode vampire with dark aesthetic, meanwhile the other one is a chaotic witch with bubbly personality. One of the parents is a calm witch bookworm who likes to meditate, do tarot and research in peace. The other parent is a profesional chef (who is also an owner of a restaurant called “Dinner at Hannibal’s”) who loves to cook while listening to high school musical songs and singing with a spatula for their cats. They all love watching horror movies so every Sunday they have “family movie night”. ❤️

@@sydmac You could make one parent a nature-themed spellcaster and the other a gothic vampire, and the twins could be opposite. The one that loves pink could be a vampire and the one that loves black could be a spellcaster?

I get the impression the parents aren't both vampires. That's why the twins are so different. Maybe they are more like the Addams family who are normal but have a Gothic aesthetic.

So cute! I could see the twins growing up and having those older rooms, the vampire twin with the mushroom room and the occult twin with the fairytale room.
The purple crystal room gives such huge Mollymauk vibes, I love it! All it needs is floating tarot cards to really sell the aesthetic.
Seems like your subscribers really love dark and creepy things! The house turned out really beautifully. I think my favorite rooms were the Woodland bedroom and the High School musical cat kitchen lol
The goth twin definitely designed the living room, or at least that's the vibe that I'm getting so far. It also somehow reminds me (the twin room) of Wednesday and Enid, I haven't even watched the show 😂😂.

I absolutely LOVED this video!!! I remember seeing a funny comment of rooms to make where a high-end business exec is a hoarder but keeps a tiny sliver of their office clean for zoom meetings and that would be so funny to incorporate somewhere! I forget who commented it, but it was genius 👌

It seems like 1 of the parents is a mysterious spellcaster and the other one is a vampire. The children are either vampires or spellcasters
I think the father are the vampire that come from countryside and love cat. So his wife allow him to raise a cat and allow him to design their bedroom in his style. The mother is used to be old fashion vampire, but when she know the things called ‘TV’, she start to addicted to series. Apart from horror, she also love high school teen musical. They have 3 kids together, one of them are vampire teen who love nature. That’s why her bedroom is a style of dark wonderland. She also love to meditate so she can feel the power of earth. The twin who love black is just a normal vampire but the twin who love pink might love human and bore of the black color !

I can kind of see this whole house as like a vampire and a spell caster who fell in love and have one spell caster first born and two little vampire twins and that's why the parent bedroom is a combo of vampire and nature stuff while the other two rooms are one of each plus having a vampire research hall and a spell caster more esoteric room at the same time. In the kitchen the spell caster is obviously the one obsessed with cat because that's a pretty common folklore witch thing and maybe the vampire grew up human and was really into high school musical growing up.
Not being a full vampire or spell caster family it would make sense that they don't live in their specific realms and instead choose to live in a human neighborhood
This is a little bit rushed as I am currently working on art project as I type this, however: I have a storyline.
Saph is the mother, and she is a vampire. She’s very cat mom, and genuinley not intimidating at all. She’s basically the opposite of what you’d think of for a vampire.
Po is a trans woman and Saph’s wife (see what I did there? Saph-po? Sappho?), and a human. She’s the goth one, and also a real horror fanatic. The two met at an MCR concert.
Marie- a vampire child. Very bubbly and crafty.
Stephen- Marie’s twin. Also a vampire. Very charming and humble. However, he and Marie fight. A lot. They’re practically attached at the hip when out in public, but only because Stephen’s the brains and Marie’s the brawn of the operation. They’ve definitely done illegal things before.
Amie- a vampire who wants nothing more than to be a spell caster. They’ve dedicated hours and time to it, pushing people away to achieve it. They lost their best friend over it, as well. So they will stop at nothing. Absolutely NOTHING to get what they want. They’re very ambitious, goal-oriented, and something of a workaholic. Autism and bpd? You betcha.
Living room- Po is fascinated by anything and everything horror/occult. She collects old films and books, and has even dedicated her life towards it. She works as a paranormal investigator.
Opposite twins bedroom- Stephen and Marie share a room, to no one’s surprise. Marie has the pink room, and whenever Stephen enters (since the door is on Marie’s side), Marie yells about him being in her room. Every time. They’re teens now. This has been happening since they were kids.
Occult research room- Po’s research room, and Saph’s vampire lore room. This is essentially the study, and the kids aren’t allowed in here without explicit permission from Saph or Po.
Maximalist bathroom- well, it’s the only bathroom in a house for five people. What’d you expect?
Wonderland bedroom- Amie’s room. They often pretend as though they are in the woods, living out their spellcaster dreams. The room doesn’t have much lore behind it, just Amie having an obsession with magic, taxidermy, and… *sniffs the air* do I smell… metaphors?
Cat and high school musical kitchen- yeah, they’re rich. But they don’t have a butler or anything. So Saph is the one that cooks. Her kitchen, her rules. Which means that her love for cats and cheesy movies can continue on into here.
Dark mushroom room- Saph and Po’s room, not much else to say!
This was so much fun! It came out looking amazing. The shape of the house is great too and the landscape and everything just *chef kiss*
It also inspired me to play xD
Though I'm still struggling with how to make my houses look as cool as the inside.

For some reason when I just started watching her I was like: "Oh shes so unoriginal. Shes obnoxious." And man.. not sure if I was dropped on the head while i was a baby, but this woman is gorgeous, funny, and literally so talented. If the houses you made in the sims 4 were actual houses in real life... take my card.

It fits perfectly. The nature lover a family occult (about nature, or mushrooms maybe there is a legend about a mushroom that turns them back to being a human ot just lets them wonder out of the sun or temporarily makes them human in the day time?) vampire parents. A goth, total vampire kid that uses the occults power to go to school just like her/his sis and a cheerful and hardworking curious kid (which might come from genetics and/or she is not a vamp who knows) that also tries to become a kind of a witch to use those powers on the mushroom research. This is my interpretation and I love it! ( The cook is unaware of them being a vampire family. Only thinks they are weird and also unaware s/he is just a cover to show people they are human since vamps doesn't need to eat food. I mean they go out in the sun but they look goth so they need a proof kinda yk.
Loved the second “wonderland bedroom”. The comment for the second bedroom did say woodland though. You should do a pt. 2!!
What a fantastic build! I don't see it as a family house, though, but as a safe house for occult outcasts. The owner is a vampire that lives a recluse life in the basement. They are so ancient they were ableto save manuscripts from the Great Library of Alexandria before it burnt down and now keeps them in the library. Other occults have since joined the house: a young spellcaster who was kicked out of their family after discovering their powers, a werewolf who fled in shame after turning their twin during a full moon night, maybe even a troubled orphan who likes to dream away in fantasy worlds...

you are so good at building exteriors I always use them and decorate the inside myself because I cant make exteriors

Family idea for the house: the mom is a human who has always been drawn to a dark/ horror aesthetic. Who falls in love with a brooding male vampire. They try for children, but their genetics backgrounds don't align, and they struggle to conceive. So in a fit of rage, the mom cheats on her husband with a kind-hearted fairy/ spellcaster sim (or nature sim thing). They have a daughter, who feels like the black sheep of the family. She's the one with the woodland room and the meditation room. After more trying, the parents finally have twins. Either 2 girls or one of each gender. These twins are opposites. One of them follows in their parents footsteps, and the other one just wants to be a normal human child and tries to fit into the "normal world" as much as possible by decorating her entire room in a pretty/ girly theme. She never really leaves her room because it's the only place she feels right. And the high school musical decorations were put into the mom as a "last attempt" to make her feel okay in the other rooms of the house.
You need to make a family that lives here. I wanna see them on CAS so bad!!

i think maybe it's a family where the mom is an spellcaster and the dad is a vampire, they have 3 daughters , the teen is a spellcaster that practice meditation , tarot, etc... and the twins one is a vampire and the other is completely human that's why she wants her bedroom more pinky and all that stuff

Bit of an idea I had when watching this:
The father (vampire) and the mother (witch) met and fell in love, the mom left behind her life as a witch (although takes her cat with her) to be with him, later getting pregnant and being turned during the pregnancy causing the first child to not be a full vampire. Years later the child after finding the moms old spell casting books and crystals became obsessed with it and decided to be a witch, making the entire bedroom a fantasy forest and taking over an unused room to make a little hide away to practice. A few years later the mother got pregnant again having twin vampires, one embracing the creepy side of vampires while the other wanted to just be a normal kid so they could be outside make friends and play.
I really like the opposites bedroom, I like to think it’s a family of vampires but one is trying so hard to be popular at school so she turns all pink and girly to fit in with the other girls 🧛♀️🩷 But then whenever the girly twins friends come over the dark and mysterious twin hides away from them because they sometimes were mean to her.❤

I’m late but I just watched this and my brain went: a spell caster marries a vampire and they have a child from their previous marriage so one spellcaster and one vampire that have to get along SKDJD and maybe there is a teenager who meditates to cope with he chaos of the new household lol
