At around 1:02 on the opponents attack, a good option would've been to use the case to animate the incubator token, creating a 6/6 that could block and kill shelly, plus you could've used it to swing back with life link the following turn.
@@The_Cloudpost love your guys' content btw, keep up the great work. I really love the format of you two playing together. I loved to do that with my former roommate. Also love the bo3
I’ve been playing my (older) version again but this looks fun. Seems like one copy of the planeswalker that animates an artifact to a 4/4 would be nice
Sazger, thank you so much for checking out our video! We just picked up the deck to play this week and share with anyone who hadn't seen it, and so some of the slick tricks with the deck were not as obvious to us so we do apologize for any missed upside. Hope you follow along for future videos! - Jake, The Cloudpost
Hey Ben great to hear from you! I think Blake and I meant, does Case of the Filched Falcon count enchantments and mis-spoke. Sorry about the confusion. Hope you enjoyed the video! 🤗 - Jake, The Cloudpost
25:04 The whole point of Norn Inquisitor is that animating Phyrexian token via Glyph / Case of the Finched Falcon KEEPS +1/+1 counters in place and spares you the tempo loss of paying 2 to animate it. Yet you guys keep refusing to target Incubators with the Glyph again and again 😹
Yeah, I think they didn't know about the tech. It's the main reason why inquisitor is in there. Shout-out to Ashlizzle for showcasing the deck and explaining the tech.
Hey Ak, we do apologize for any missed upside with the deck. We had just picked the list up to bring it here to the community, so we had no prior testing, nor had we seen any other players using it left and must've not though about the interactions with the incubator tokens. As always, thank you for helping us get better, and thank you for watching! 💙 - Jake, The Cloudpost
Hey Malte, yes we were new to the deck and missed some of the synergies. Thank you for watching. What is awesome is that we were successful with the deck, despite not maximizing it, really shows how strong the deck is! - Jake, The Cloudpost
@@The_Cloudpost Nothing to apologize for really, it's all cool. Magic is a complex game and missed interactions like this are par for the course. I just wanted to highlight the synergy so viewers are aware of it in case they try to pilot the deck themselves 😹

That is a nice cheeky play mate! Shelly is deathtouch so we wouldn't be able to crack back, but it would've been a nice ambush viper. 💙
@@The_Cloudpost Shelly was still tide-bindered so it was just a dumb 4/5 on that attack, hence the possible block.

Oh my goodness you're so right! Thank you again . . . 😅 We really messed up that one.
Pretty sweet deck and vid! You've got a new follower
Thank you so much! Love to hear that. See you next time 💙

You know if you use the 4/4 bird on the incubator token it would be a 6/6 1:03:00

@@The_Cloudpost word, I wasn’t sure if you meant to not target the incubator token or not. It seems in this case it would make sense
im climb to diamond with your deck ty! :)
Awesome Jamie! Do it Mate! And as others have pointed out shout out to Ashlizzlle, the Pioneer of this archetype. 💙
Michicko does count enchantments

We really do appreciate that it's important to build a community to help each other grow as players. 💙
This deck was made by Ashlizzlle already half a year ago: ua-cam.com/video/EAwA8JuCDkQ/v-deo.html
Give her some credit!
Nice Peter! Thank you for letting us know! 🤗
