And now I am so intentional about the time we are together and showing him how much I truly love and appreciate him, his wife and my two beautiful grandson’s! Go for it!! I craft when I'm feeling down as well. It's almost my 60th birthday on January 22nd and I'm watching your video and thinking about my mom who died on January 30th of 87. Great birthday party that year then the day after my mom goes into the hospital and dies with a lung blood clot going to her heart. But at least she wasn't suffering any longer. I feel the pain of death this time of year myself. Love and prayer sent up for you. Just gotta do the best we can every year it seems to get a smidgen better if I think of the good times. ❤❤

Hello Mary Ellen....I know this comment is 10 months late, but, Happy Birthday! LOL!!! I have to say that a coworker and I both work on our planners on 3rd shift in an ALF. Security laughs at me because of my "Suitcase" of planner essentials. I just started watching your videos, and after the first one I swear by them. Just ask my coworker. I really enjoy the "therapy" and also working on your page layouts because I want to be that creative also. Thank you to Bumble also which I just found out was your dog. I couldn't understand the name because you are thin lmao!!!! Have fun and yes decorate with what makes you happy!!!!
Great video today! I know how you feel about September. I used to love that month. I had a birthday. My granddaughter turned 22 on the 21st and my son's birthday is in September. But then my beautiful granddaughter was killed on her way to work just 6 days after her birthday.😢 That was 6 years ago and it's still hard. My heart goes out to you 😢 Keep making great videos. I've been searching for something to help me cope with the grief and anxiety I feel after an accident left me with severe nerve damage and changed my life drastically. In a time where I feel so out of control about everything else happening in my life, doing something as simple as decorating a planner page helps me feel control over something and is such an outlet that is just for ME and no one else. There is healing in this. Lifting you up these next few weeks! Love this spread!
1. I think this is one of the best spreads I've seen. I took pics but they all had your hands in the way. LOL! 😂😂😂😂😂 2. I had no idea about the loss you have suffered and the pain you must feel. I doubt I would survive. You are doing great. IT'S OKAY to be sad, tearful, angry, and depressed! Take all the time you need to grieve, and be kind to yourself! Treat yo'self! That's how I roll! I did gain 80 pounds from my treats so I don't recommend a pint of Chubby Hubby every day. (I expected a thank you note from Ben & Jerry.) EVERY lady wants a mani and pedi, a hair appt, before a trip. It's total chaos before leaving! You DID see him, you DID make time for him, and how could you possibly know!!! Don't hang on to guilt for that, he totally understood. I just wish I could say something to make the pain go away. This is one of my favorite spreads. Your layering was so therapeutic! I am not a yellow fan, but these colors go tother so well. I started a creative journal after watching an older video of yours and while I have not kept up with it as I should, you're making me want to jump right back in.
We all do. I do too, even now. You just need to keep reminding yourself though, because it really is true that no one is promised tomorrow. I had absolutely no clue that day that it was the last time. If only I could have known.

As for turning 55, my mom just says she’s young at heart and continues to do whatever she wants, listens to whatever music she wants, talk’s however she wants, no matter her age. People often confuse her as my sister because she is young at heart. I think as long as you are enjoying yourself, a lot of people won’t even be able to notice your age because they are too busy observing your great personality! ❤

I'm really enjoying your video. Mostly listening while I do my own. It's my first week trying creative journaling and I just love it. Thank you for showing me how. I also paused the video to try to find A&O's washi, but nope I can't find the orange. I have two sets of their acrylographs, never used once! Also, your story and grief are so inspiring to me. Watching you walk through life with grace, despite of it all. It gives me courage. And you are absolutely right. You never know when you won't see someone again - although I have a huge faith and believe we will see them again in the afterlife.

As for turning 55, my mom just says she’s young at heart and continues to do whatever she wants, listens to whatever music she wants, talk’s however she wants, no matter her age. People often confuse her as my sister because she is young at heart. I think as long as you are enjoying yourself, a lot of people won’t even be able to notice your age because they are too busy observing your great personality! ❤

I'm really enjoying your video. Mostly listening while I do my own. It's my first week trying creative journaling and I just love it. Thank you for showing me how. I also paused the video to try to find A&O's washi, but nope I can't find the orange. I have two sets of their acrylographs, never used once!
Also, your story and grief are so inspiring to me. Watching you walk through life with grace, despite of it all. It gives me courage. And you are absolutely right. You never know when you won't see someone again - although I have a huge faith and believe we will see them again in the afterlife.

I love this spread! I also put the books and pens I used on my weekly spread in a special spot so I can add things during the week without worrying about trying to remember what I used. They all go into a basket with my planner. So glad I’m not the only one who does that. Happy Birthday! 🎈🧁🥳
