So my buddy Nicola capetta had his 4 cousins over from italy around the time i started gettng pounds of cali weed. We got into my 90 sentra with 2 12" subs and we had over 10 blunts ready to burn. Full interior leds, it looked like a fucking club. I had a tarp on top of the car because it was winter and it was unregistered at the time. I put a long metal pipe on my exhaust and routed it to the back yard so we don't fucking die. We all got in and got BAKED!!!! We broke the language barrier using Google translate. One of his cousins put a lighter up and I put the subs all the way up and they were impressed that the flame was being put out by the bass. To this day they were the coolest bunch of people I had ever met. I would absolutely positively party with the Italians again. We love you guys!!!

We call mozzerella cheese while we usually call others by their real names its because its just the default. If i say im putting cheese on something and said thing doesnt have some mind of standard cheese like cheddar on baked potatoes then its probably mozzerella
I’m not sure if Italian makes the same distinctions as English but to us it’s a fresh cheese, like cottage cheese, mascarpone or ricotta. They’re non-fermented so they don’t last nearly as long but they often have a much milder taste that gives them more versatility.
@Gianna1485correct, in fact fiordilatte, provola, scamorza, burrata, technicallu they should be "cheeses" but, if nothing else whem melted, you'll often see them handwaved as "mozzarella" even when they aren't.
