Bruce. I’m only 13 minutes in and love your explanation as it connects into the choice I made over 20 years ago. I left the mental health world as a psychotherapist to create an early childhood development program focused on creating healthy habits mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually/socially. My purpose was to facilitate healthy habits so that these young people will be filled with divine awareness so that the other stuff had no place to enter and therefore my former work as a psychotherapist for severe mental illness would no longer exist.

Study Christianity. Christianity is the main course meal and everything else is just crumbs from the real thing.... truth. God created it all including the "laws" and systems that Lipton has been observing. The Bible teaches love, forgiveness, positive thinking and the consequences of fear, negative thinking, and sin on spiritual relationships and the physical body. Jesus is the only way to forgive sin-debt. Sin-debt has eternal spiritual and physical consequences. Jesus is the living water that leads to eternal life in Heaven. Jesus said if you ask Him to forgive your sin-debt, He will. Believe in Jesus and follow His teaching which is based upon two laws... love God and love your neighbor. It's the most beautiful display of love and redemption.... ever. Seek and you will find.

This happened to me today. The last thing I played on YT was an Anna Wood morning meditation. Hours later I opened the app and this video was on the screen AND it was 1:11:11 into it. The interesting bit is that I had never watched it, had never saved the video, had never searched for it on YT. It was divinely guided for me to watch it today.

The Tomb of the Reformed Body. The physical body that the Fallen One clothed “Adam” in before placing him in the “Garden”, inherently containing the bondage of forgetfulness and exposure to manipulation. This is because we are easily distracted beings and our minds are not our own anymore. We are easily programmed through the manipulation of our minds which is designed to direct the focus of our attention. They have know for a very long time the truth that what we think about we manifest in our lives. The imprisonment of the spirit of Truth that was within “Adam”, caused “Adam” to become the mortal being you see standing in the mirror. We have to understand that we were lured deceptively into these physical bodies by the promise of eternal gratification and leisure. We only had to follow a few simple, yet strict rules. Once we gave away our minds to our senses, we were no longer radiating the pure light of the creator, which made it easy for us to be deceived and even easier for us to forget. We were in fact the very first and only beings to be separated from the divine all and the realm of infinite potential and not remember anything about themselves. This manipulation is so deep, we can’t even realize we’re in a dream spell. We existed in a perfect state of unlimited potential before we became focused on this small band of vibrational frequency that we are calling “reality”. Our jobs, and bills, and sickness, and fear, are all just vibrational frequency that we have joined with, and follow along with, as if it is the normal way to live because “we’ve been doing it this way for thousands of years”. It’s nonsense. We’re getting nowhere but backwards in the direction we’re going. We existed in a state of being that can only be described as the perfect light of love and unlimited potential. We are the essence of the creator, trapped in a physical body, and we can’t remember that we’re trapped. That our minds are trapped. Many other races of beings in this physical reality, aliens and otherwise, were manufactured and given a dulled soul by the Fallen one who wish to torment and deceive us. It is up to the divine spark within us to re-awaken our thinking and reconnect us with everything that exists right outside the band of vibrational frequency we are emitting, observing, and using to create the reality we are experiencing. We are perceiving a reality based on the consensus of thought frequency that is being emitted from this planet. The problem is that the thought frequency that is being focused on and emitted is being actively implanted, manipulated and directed by its owners self created environment and the owners choice to continue partakin in the dest. That divine spark that the Creator placed within us is our Chakras. That is the way home for us. We have to activate our chakras by perfecting our body and our connection to the natural world. We must begin focusing using the right side of our brains and start thinking thoughts that will allow us to begin emitting a vibrational frequency that is in harmony with the Perfection of Creation. If everything is refracted perfect white light, everything we touch is just different colors of light, emitting a vibrational frequency that we are perceiving as what we are seeing, tasting, smelling, hearing, touching, and experiencing. We all know that refracted white light turns into a rainbow. The rainbow is what happens when the suns light is refracted by water in the sky. The chakras are represented, non-coincidentally, by the colors of the rainbow. This means, that what we have to activate our chakras in order to return and reconnect with the perfect light of the Creator. This is the sensation of heaven on earth, when you allow the perfect light of the Creator to pass through the refracted light of the rainbow, which reflected into the world around us, the world we are seeing. The secret of life is held hostage within our minds, and our hearts no longer sing the song of truth. Think about that sentence. The rainbow was put here by the Creator to remind us how to get home through the activation of the light centers of our body, our Chakras. The beings that created this body were jealous of the light that we were and wanted it for themselves to use as a source of power, used by them to create a self-sustaining and perpetual expression of self-enslavement. They created these bodies and lured us into them with lies and deceptions, with the direct intention of extinguishing the light of the Creator that is within us. They wanted to destroy the essence of who we are, and block our ability to activate our chakras by implanting thoughts into our minds through simply controlling what we consume. They knew that if we consumed the chemicals that they prepared for us, we would give them access to our minds. They made us unhealthy and lazy because they are jealous of us and only seek to enslave us, because we have the pure light of the Creator within us and they do not. Because of what they are. Then, they planned to use the Light that is within us, which is the absolute power of the Creator, for themselves. They wanted to trap us in these tiny, fragile, and mortal vehicles because they know that we are the Creators expression of himself in form. So, they trapped is in these bodies so that they would be able to kill us over and over again absorb the energy that is released from the fear and death. Fear and Death are their LIES, directly manufactured and implanted so as to feed off of us. They know that we are eternal beings and more powerful than they are and it terrifies them. They believed themselves to be the first beings ever created until they realized that the essence of the Christ already existed in the form of the Immutable Race of the Perfect Man, from which Jesus and MANY others came. We know their names all across the universe. They know that we are sharper in our thinking than they are, and that we would eventually find out what was happening. So they realized that they had to literally capture our minds by filling them with distortions, inversions, and illusions. All this because they knew that over the course of thousands of years, we would eventually forget who and what we really are. They just needed to wait, and we would do it to ourselves for them. This was also to make us easier to enslave and kill. They knew that once they conned us into these bodies, we would be susceptible to the death of the physical body. Their only hope for survival was to trick us into focusing solely on this small band of refracted light, and filling this small band of refracted light with distortions to confuse us, and sensory stimulation to trap us. They learned to use the light that is inside of us as a tool for themselves simply by directing our thoughts and manipulating us into manifesting the reality that resonates with a frequency they are determining. They succeeded by manipulating our minds into perpetuating their distortions of fear and death. We were placed in paradise and told to consume at our leisure. Do not ask any questions. And, do not seek knowledge of good and evil. The Fallen One is of darkness AND light, and HE IS THE ONE THAT PUT US HERE, and is why he will never obtain the pure light of the Creator and is eternally jealous, vengeful and damned. His light is dimmed and dull, and reflects no beauty. That is its nature, to be of darkness and light and forever in turmoil, and never satisfied. We ARE the Immutable Race of the Perfect Man. We are royalty, and the essence of who we are came before ALL others, except the Creator, and we have been lured and trapped inside these physical bodies since we were observed by the fallen one, and he cleverly fashioned this tomb. And make no mistake, these bodies are absolutely meant to be used as a tomb. As a tool of enslavement. They came for our minds by placing us in the garden and telling us to consume and get fat and lazy. We still do that today as one mindless, planetary unit ambling into oblivion, unable to remember that we’re here to remember why we’re here. Some beings don’t believe what is happening to us is right, some don’t care, and some are terrified of us. But ALL respect us. The entire super-universe knows that what happens to us determines their future as well and the future of reality as it exists in physical density. We must accept the truth that anything that is kept from the light is in darkness, and those responsible for casting the shadow of darkness on this world are exposed and damned. In my twenties, I had asked myself "Who Am I" out of the blue! I told myself, I cannot be this body, not this heart, not this head, not this hand, not this x, y and z. If it was, i would not have referred those "my" heart, "my" head,... etc. So, that is when I said, "I" am beyond this body. Moreover, I could not accept that "I" that I referred to in Who Am I, could not perish when this body perishes. Everything else is built on that foundation for me. I opened my UA-cam to find some from Bruce to listen to. This video was in my recommendation, I didn't want to listen to a anyone else.. So I passed this one up and went looking for something with just Bruce.. Eventually coming back to this.. And learned another another lesson.. I am so grateful for this discussion. Emdr was suggested by a Great Master Who had already set me up by an assignment of making up my perfect parents and birth story and putting the story on a tape I played while sleeping. My emdr therapist was amazed at how well resourced I was in continuing to recreate my perfect childhood. When I need a boost, I tune into my perfect childhood I made up but believe entirely subconsciously due to how emdr works getting to that deep brain.

Thank you for your kind inspiring words. I need so much support right now. I found out yesterday that my pregnant daughter has been vaccinated two months ago. This has been my biggest fear since the start of all this agenda I could see unravel. Perhaps is we tune ourselves to the right frequency we can be in more constant awareness of the universal minds communication. I do feel it is always communicating with us and it is our deepest honor to learn and train ourselves to receive this message in this life experience. We are trained to keep at a certain band width and the mind of the universe is speaking in a very specific way. When we are align with purpose we reach a singularity within and then get a direct line to this mind. It is a gift to communicate even once in a lifetime. Some beings are in constant instruction from it. More and more are able to tune to it.

Study Christianity. Christianity is the main course meal and everything else is just crumbs from the real thing.... truth. God created it all including the "laws" and systems that Lipton has been observing. The Bible teaches love, forgiveness, positive thinking and the consequences of fear, negative thinking, and sin on spiritual relationships and the physical body. Jesus is the only way to forgive sin-debt. Sin-debt has eternal spiritual and physical consequences. Jesus is the living water that leads to eternal life in Heaven. Jesus said if you ask Him to forgive your sin-debt, He will. Believe in Jesus and follow His teaching which is based upon two laws... love God and love your neighbor. It's the most beautiful display of love and redemption.... ever. Seek and you will find.

The Tomb of the Reformed Body.
The physical body that the Fallen One clothed “Adam” in before placing him in the “Garden”, inherently containing the bondage of forgetfulness and exposure to manipulation. This is because we are easily distracted beings and our minds are not our own anymore. We are easily programmed through the manipulation of our minds which is designed to direct the focus of our attention. They have know for a very long time the truth that what we think about we manifest in our lives.
The imprisonment of the spirit of Truth that was within “Adam”, caused “Adam” to become the mortal being you see standing in the mirror. We have to understand that we were lured deceptively into these physical bodies by the promise of eternal gratification and leisure. We only had to follow a few simple, yet strict rules. Once we gave away our minds to our senses, we were no longer radiating the pure light of the creator, which made it easy for us to be deceived and even easier for us to forget.
We were in fact the very first and only beings to be separated from the divine all and the realm of infinite potential and not remember anything about themselves. This manipulation is so deep, we can’t even realize we’re in a dream spell.
We existed in a perfect state of unlimited potential before we became focused on this small band of vibrational frequency that we are calling “reality”. Our jobs, and bills, and sickness, and fear, are all just vibrational frequency that we have joined with, and follow along with, as if it is the normal way to live because “we’ve been doing it this way for thousands of years”. It’s nonsense. We’re getting nowhere but backwards in the direction we’re going.
We existed in a state of being that can only be described as the perfect light of love and unlimited potential. We are the essence of the creator, trapped in a physical body, and we can’t remember that we’re trapped. That our minds are trapped.
Many other races of beings in this physical reality, aliens and otherwise, were manufactured and given a dulled soul by the Fallen one who wish to torment and deceive us. It is up to the divine spark within us to re-awaken our thinking and reconnect us with everything that exists right outside the band of vibrational frequency we are emitting, observing, and using to create the reality we are experiencing. We are perceiving a reality based on the consensus of thought frequency that is being emitted from this planet. The problem is that the thought frequency that is being focused on and emitted is being actively implanted, manipulated and directed by its owners self created environment and the owners choice to continue partakin in the dest.
That divine spark that the Creator placed within us is our Chakras. That is the way home for us. We have to activate our chakras by perfecting our body and our connection to the natural world. We must begin focusing using the right side of our brains and start thinking thoughts that will allow us to begin emitting a vibrational frequency that is in harmony with the Perfection of Creation. If everything is refracted perfect white light, everything we touch is just different colors of light, emitting a vibrational frequency that we are perceiving as what we are seeing, tasting, smelling, hearing, touching, and experiencing. We all know that refracted white light turns into a rainbow. The rainbow is what happens when the suns light is refracted by water in the sky. The chakras are represented, non-coincidentally, by the colors of the rainbow. This means, that what we have to activate our chakras in order to return and reconnect with the perfect light of the Creator. This is the sensation of heaven on earth, when you allow the perfect light of the Creator to pass through the refracted light of the rainbow, which reflected into the world around us, the world we are seeing.
The secret of life is held hostage within our minds, and our hearts no longer sing the song of truth.
Think about that sentence.
The rainbow was put here by the Creator to remind us how to get home through the activation of the light centers of our body, our Chakras.
The beings that created this body were jealous of the light that we were and wanted it for themselves to use as a source of power, used by them to create a self-sustaining and perpetual expression of self-enslavement.
They created these bodies and lured us into them with lies and deceptions, with the direct intention of extinguishing the light of the Creator that is within us. They wanted to destroy the essence of who we are, and block our ability to activate our chakras by implanting thoughts into our minds through simply controlling what we consume. They knew that if we consumed the chemicals that they prepared for us, we would give them access to our minds. They made us unhealthy and lazy because they are jealous of us and only seek to enslave us, because we have the pure light of the Creator within us and they do not. Because of what they are.
Then, they planned to use the Light that is within us, which is the absolute power of the Creator, for themselves. They wanted to trap us in these tiny, fragile, and mortal vehicles because they know that we are the Creators expression of himself in form. So, they trapped is in these bodies so that they would be able to kill us over and over again absorb the energy that is released from the fear and death.
Fear and Death are their LIES, directly manufactured and implanted so as to feed off of us.
They know that we are eternal beings and more powerful than they are and it terrifies them. They believed themselves to be the first beings ever created until they realized that the essence of the Christ already existed in the form of the Immutable Race of the Perfect Man, from which Jesus and MANY others came. We know their names all across the universe.
They know that we are sharper in our thinking than they are, and that we would eventually find out what was happening. So they realized that they had to literally capture our minds by filling them with distortions, inversions, and illusions. All this because they knew that over the course of thousands of years, we would eventually forget who and what we really are. They just needed to wait, and we would do it to ourselves for them. This was also to make us easier to enslave and kill. They knew that once they conned us into these bodies, we would be susceptible to the death of the physical body. Their only hope for survival was to trick us into focusing solely on this small band of refracted light, and filling this small band of refracted light with distortions to confuse us, and sensory stimulation to trap us.
They learned to use the light that is inside of us as a tool for themselves simply by directing our thoughts and manipulating us into manifesting the reality that resonates with a frequency they are determining.
They succeeded by manipulating our minds into perpetuating their distortions of fear and death. We were placed in paradise and told to consume at our leisure. Do not ask any questions. And, do not seek knowledge of good and evil.
The Fallen One is of darkness AND light, and HE IS THE ONE THAT PUT US HERE, and is why he will never obtain the pure light of the Creator and is eternally jealous, vengeful and damned. His light is dimmed and dull, and reflects no beauty. That is its nature, to be of darkness and light and forever in turmoil, and never satisfied.
We ARE the Immutable Race of the Perfect Man. We are royalty, and the essence of who we are came before ALL others, except the Creator, and we have been lured and trapped inside these physical bodies since we were observed by the fallen one, and he cleverly fashioned this tomb. And make no mistake, these bodies are absolutely meant to be used as a tomb. As a tool of enslavement. They came for our minds by placing us in the garden and telling us to consume and get fat and lazy. We still do that today as one mindless, planetary unit ambling into oblivion, unable to remember that we’re here to remember why we’re here.
Some beings don’t believe what is happening to us is right, some don’t care, and some are terrified of us.
But ALL respect us.
The entire super-universe knows that what happens to us determines their future as well and the future of reality as it exists in physical density.
We must accept the truth that anything that is kept from the light is in darkness, and those responsible for casting the shadow of darkness on this world are exposed and damned.

In my twenties, I had asked myself "Who Am I" out of the blue! I told myself, I cannot be this body, not this heart, not this head, not this hand, not this x, y and z. If it was, i would not have referred those "my" heart, "my" head,... etc. So, that is when I said, "I" am beyond this body. Moreover, I could not accept that "I" that I referred to in Who Am I, could not perish when this body perishes. Everything else is built on that foundation for me.

So I passed this one up and went looking for something with just Bruce.. Eventually coming back to this.. And learned another another lesson.. I am so grateful for this discussion. Emdr was suggested by a Great Master Who had already set me up by an assignment of making up my perfect parents and birth story and putting the story on a tape I played while sleeping. My emdr therapist was amazed at how well resourced I was in continuing to recreate my perfect childhood. When I need a boost, I tune into my perfect childhood I made up but believe entirely subconsciously due to how emdr works getting to that deep brain.

Perhaps is we tune ourselves to the right frequency we can be in more constant awareness of the universal minds communication. I do feel it is always communicating with us and it is our deepest honor to learn and train ourselves to receive this message in this life experience. We are trained to keep at a certain band width and the mind of the universe is speaking in a very specific way. When we are align with purpose we reach a singularity within and then get a direct line to this mind. It is a gift to communicate even once in a lifetime. Some beings are in constant instruction from it. More and more are able to tune to it.

Teachers aside (and I'll check into Swami Vivekananda because of that), he realized that life itself was spiritual as well as scientific, mixed the two... and was exceptional at it.
