    Great, I really appreciate your work. Which procedure you are using for calculating percentage of the individual mineral? Are you using point counter?

      I observed the whole slide and eye estimate the relative abundance of each mineral. As i estimate the percentage by observation, It’s not accurate percentage. I just do it to get overall idea of the thin section.

      Percentage is taken from whole slide moving back and forth under microscope, not just from partial section showed in this video.
