    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 chopped ripe tomatoes
    1 finger pepper (optional)
    150g olives
    150g canned corn
    150g canned peas
    3 cans of sardines in tomato sauce
    250 ml palm heart water
    2 cups chopped palm hearts
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    Chopped green onions and parsley to taste
    1 to 1.5 cups cornmeal
    Preparation:
    Sauté onion and garlic in oil, add tomatoes and pepper, and let wilt. Incorporate remaining ingredients as listed and cook until fully combined. Assemble the cuscuz in a greased mold, decorate as desired, and bake until set. Serve with love!
