That’s a perfect way to put it. Night time in the dessert is exactly what I see and feel. The incense in this is outstanding. The leather is amazing also. I don’t know if it’s true but someone on UA-cam said that there’s natural leather in this perfume. I’m gonna look more into it. I’m couple hrs in and I’m getting some musk, and slight animalics. Need some more time but this is close to perfect.

I wanted a leather fragrance that doesn’t just smell like a new sofa, I wanted something with some depth and I love smooth ouds - I’m admittedly a noob with Oud and still learning to appreciate its qualities in the more challenging formats. (Xerjoff Alexandra II is my only other fragrance with Oud). This one really fit the bill for me, absolutely love it and I also had the same expectations as yourself regarding an LV fragrance.

Yeah can you please tell which clone you bought. Right now i am looking at buying a clone from fragrance world called soleil ombré. This is quite cheap, available for about £20 gpb here in the uk
Did you try Contre moi ? It’s the only one I purchased from their line, a great scent ! I also noticed they share some DNA, it’s nice that Vuitton managed to find a brand signature that fast. Great quality, easy to wear, smooth, but I didn’t try the newest ones like Nuit de feu
Wish companies would opt for frosting their bottles so they don't pick up so many fingerprints. Especially the darker ones. Sucks when you have to continually wipe them down.

I am so glad I bought a sample of this before ordering…..I honestly think it smells awful ! It’s incredibly masculine and smells like stuff my Dad wore in the 80s. Is it only me who thinks this is really over hyped ?

I finally sampled this yesterday and I thought it was fantastic. A very wearable and a very classy Oud. Definitely on ‘my list’ 🙌

Sounds nice. I tried a clone, but would rather try the real thing. I do tend to like a ash like vibe . Myths man by amouge really does that for me

Nuit de Feu is a skanky smoky oud, its my favourite
Nuit De Feu is better choice.. It has different notes that would hit right mood.😊
