Are those snap in tension supports meant to come as standard? Mine doesn’t have them. Shocking for around £900!!!!

Awesome Video! One quick question you may have a fix for- When I hit the "Extend" button for the awning, it will extend 1m roughly 3 feet, then one of the arms stops, acting like the arm has a catch in it which prevents it from fully deploying unless I give it a nudge when it hangs up. Once I give the stuck arm a nudge it will extend quickly almost like a spring has pushed it out. Has this happened to any of you? Did you discover an easy fix?

Does it have to be wound all the way out? This is the same as the instruchion manual. No words!! An explanation of requirements would be useful.

You do not have to unwind the awning all the way. But to get full tension of the fabric you need to do so.

@@thule I have recently purchased an Adria caravan that came stock with the Thule Omnistor roll out awning. Not sure what model it is but it is white with grey material and measures about 4000 long. The concept is great except there is nothing at the ends to stop the material from flapping in even the most gentle of breezes. So I hardly ever use it except when there is no wind at all. My email is....

I dont think our Thule Awning has the little tensioner bars? - Does anyone know how to adjust the Pitch?

Hi Sandy - My 6300 Omnistor also did not come with tension bars. I spoke to a friend who is the Thule rep and he said that the 10.7 size is an optional, while the 12.3 size the tension bar is standard. Hope that helps.
