My humble request to him is to treat the delivery boys as their employees, not as the so called partners.
Then they have to do strict working hours also and follow company specified terms like leave plan, pf cut , prof tax etc. Are you in favour of these too

Ordering from Zomato costs me ₹399
Ordering directly from the restaurant using their phone number costs me ₹320 what's this 😮men
that is the business or dhanda in India. Everyone knows it but everytime you won't order directly from the restaurant or even knowing that you will end up paying more, you will still order from Zomato.
Bec it cost to deliver food to your home !!!! 😐
And what about 60% of up to 120 by this if I order something from the restaurant it cost me 235 but after applying this offer it cost me only 132😮
But not every restaurent offer home delivery.
Well you also get many terms and conditions in your favour as well . Ordering from zomato or swiggy gives you a sense of safety . And it also costs miney to deliver and pay the partners as well

Zomato is chor , they charged me for something that I had not even ordered(I have the receipt and conversation) their customer service demanded me to pay and even said “jo karna hai karo bill yahi hoga nahi lena toh cancel karo!” I was shocked by their rude behaviour and so I deleted their app! I was forced to pay extra, as half the food was what I ordered and other half I didn’t! And to add to the misery Zomato was 1 hr late than the actual eta! Nightmare experience with Zomato, never again! This is an arrogant company with zero respect for their customers.

zomato and swiggy both will get doomed if they are not doing anything on quality control, restaurants are packing unsold, spoiled foods and delivering the same. Once you complain they dont help and asks to send email. The food quantity is less and charges are more. So if you are a paying customer you have no space to complain and get your food altered.
Zomato is 4x compared to swiggy in terms of giving business to restaurants
