These look so realistic. I was saying this morning on our live in the membership that I need to finish some fake bread that I have started.
We made an Easter fake cake topper this morning. 😊💕🐰

@@RachelsUniqueCrafts Really? Could have fooled me 😊 It’s not hard to bake real bread Sweetie. I bake a lot, so do my daughter. Cupcakes, cakes, cookies, pie, bread. Also something called sandwich cake witch is layers with bread, fillings and garnish around and on top. I absolutely love it. It’s a Swedish cake. When you have one at a birthday party you really don’t need a lot of other stuff 😊
I could actually ordered one for my daughter when we lived in Australia. I wasn’t that familiar with the where to find the stuff I needed down there at the time so it was easier to order one from a Swedish catering 😊

That sounds yummy. I do bake cakes, cookies and brownies, but just not bread. I don’t know why I haven’t. My mom used to make and sell wedding cakes and her sister makes homemade bread from scratch. I like to cook, but I love crafting more. Lol 🤣😂

Ms. Tammy I used Rustoleum wood stain - dark walnut for the darker one and I liked it the best. On the other one I used Minwax gel stain - honey maple.
If you use just a little at a time I like the dark walnut better. It looks more real to me. I hope this helps. 😊💕

Oh my…. I don’t know why that happened. I only used a little bit of the stain. I don’t know if you could dilute it down with a little water. I would get a small amount and try that maybe. 😊💕

That stuff swells up and it’s almost impossible to get the exes of. I put some in a door that had a hole, just as a easy fix, and had the hardest time ever to smooth the surface so I could paint it.
