Actually it should be worse for her. Her career is putting people in jail for criminal behavior so she should be held to a much higher standard than everyone else. One time me and some of my buddies were drinking in the front yard by my car and one of them spilled a beer in my car later on when I drove to the store and got pulled over The police officer said how he smelt alcohol and I told him yes you do My friend spilled his beer in my car about 2 hours ago. The cop asked me where did he spill it I said in the passenger side of the back seat on the floor. The police went over there opened the passenger door put his hand down there touched the floor and he could fill the dampness and smell the alcohol. I then got out of the car and took a field sobriety test and passed and he let me go. But according to you anybody in America that when a cop automatically smells alcohol goes to jail and I just simply told you you're wrong that's not true and it's not. "They can use discretion when issuing citations", which means they become judge & jury. I once received a speeding ticket for going 73 in a 65 zone, on I-25 in Wyoming, & only the trooper & I in sight, & he was on the other side of the median. When I asked why I was stopped when I told him other drivers were blowing off my doors my whole trip, he said "Well, that's just a little game that we play". I suspect my Texas license plate was one of the cards in that game.

You obviously did not watch the video or at least you can't comprehend what you hear. She passed the field sobriety test. The cop in the video even said you either have a whole bunch of perfume on or I smell alcohol so please tell me which one was it maybe he was smelling the perfume and thought it was alcohol so he gave her a field sobriety test and she passed You're clearly not very smart you lack critical thinking

    • @ev25zv

@@user-ou5rs7wm8r Simp. If you had critical thinking skills, you'd realize that failing/passing a field sobriety test is at the discretion of the person administering the test. Since no cameras were working, we don't know how well or poorly she performed the tests. We do know she was driving on the wrong side of the road, though, lmao.

She wasn't even driving in her lane. What if she went down the road and killed someone. It should not matter that she was judge. She was breaking the law. Wow yeah they were wrong for letting continue to drive.
