I found out about LP about eight months ago. That very same video came up on my Facebook feed. I was blown away! Ever since that video, I’ve become a devoted LP fan. Saw her in Oakland, California recently. She was on fire! She is amazing. I haven’t been this excited about an artist in a long time. She writes most of her own songs, is an incredible songwriter and musician, and has the most amazing voice. I hope she becomes more and more popular. She certainly deserves it. I had the opportunity to meet her before the concert. What a wonderful and kind human being! ❤️ 🏳️🌈

Welcome to LP! This UA-cam video was my first time hearing LP last September. And there is nothing that I love more than watching other people listen to LP for the First time and,without fail, become awestruck and speechless, and fall in love with her. ( I am a straight woman with a Very understanding husband, because I have spent the past ~9 months listening to her nonstop and the past 4+ months watching concert footage from all over the US and then the world. )
LP is HUGELY popular in Europe and Russia. Since the 29th of January she has done over 60 Tour stops crisscrossing the globe and is about to embark upon her Summer Festival Tour .Then wonder why tf they haven’t heard her before. I promptly bought every CD available ( waited 3 months for one to come from Greece - where she really took off) ,listening virtually nonstop and saw her in February @her Chicago show. UNBELIEVABLE!! The energy and emotion she brings to her music multiplies exponentially Live on stage! AND she is truly an amazing artist that is so generous and gracious with her fans.
YES, it took probably 48 hours post show to start my own IG fan page and connect with other LPEOPLE from all over the world.

Es la misma reacción que hemos tenido todos los que la escuchamos por primera vez y no deja de ser emocionante ver lo que LP causa en la gente, sobre todo con esta canción LOST ON YOU...Yo estaba escuchando música aleatoriamente en mi PC y comenzó a sonar la canción, deje de hacer lo que estaba haciendo en ese momento, mire la pantalla y aquí estoy...no me pude despegar. Creo LP esta junto a Amy winehouse en mi pedestal de favoritos. Saludos desde Colombia.
Me pasó algo muy parecido, estaba escuchando un playlist de Carla Morrison, estaba acostada cuando escuché escuché la de Lost on you; antes de que acabara la canción me dije: ¿pero qué es esto que acabo de escuchar? Me fui corriendo a la computadora y volví a poner la canción. Desde entonces, no he podido dejar de escuchar su melodiosa voz.
Esa fusión de pop y lírica ,en la majestuosidad de voz de Lp.... simplemente Hechiza......y no dejo de escucharla.
Lo mismo me está pasando en estos momentos. Que hermosa voz que tiene ésta mujer. Estoy enganchadísimo con su música.

LP is a mega star outside the US with gold and platinum albums. Here, in the US, her star is growing. She just finished a sold out North American tour and is currently touring Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Uk through July.

New subscriber and I have a song request because my mother was a singer song writer and died before people were more open minded to the lgbtq community.
It’s Hozier NFWMB it’s what I listened to in hospital to try to remember being strong.
He is a baratone but has such vocal control he can hit high notes you would thing are reserved for tenners
His music, LP songs and seeing Billie Eilish, half my age, out there creating so young had me fighting to live.
“Lost on you” was what my heart screamed when the man I loved lost his cancer battle and made me promise to keep living for him. It’s been a year and I am still alive.
“Muddy waters” is the song I go to for me by LP...they finally figured out my diagnosis with a lucky blood draw. It’s very rare but rare only means not many have it, it does not mean not at all. I hope to one day do a video explaining what it is like. But for muddy waters it’s about coming to my pain Mgmt specialist and never knowing if he will see the real me? Or the me affected by dual porphyria.
I could give you suggestions from all over the world. Disability gives me time. If I’m well enough I paint and if I’m not I’m learning and listening.
Thank you for bringing attention to artists that don’t get airtime here.

She IS hugely popular...in almost every country except the United States! She spends much more time touring in Europe, Russia and now South America where she sells out 10k up venues. Her shows in Mexico sell out so quickly that she added a second and then a third- also sold out. Plus the whole Festival season during the summer. This year she’s hitting Lolla in Argentina,Chile,and Brazil plus adding Australia to her tour. And she’s doing 15 fewer shows in the US this year!! SO, THE UNITED STATES NEEDS TO CATCH TF UP HERE!! Lost On You has gone multi platinum in Italy and other European countries and Diamond in Mexico yet it gets zero air time here ! I also asked myself how the hell I hadn’t heard this before. I’ve lost my mind on her since I first saw/ heard this September 2018. So for those of us late to the game Too Much can never be enough;) [ Too Much by LP]
