Fantastic video, Welcome2Jordan. Eager to see your next upload from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the wonderful work. The use of zaatar in the marinade sounds intriguing-how do you think it enhances the overall flavor profile compared to traditional seasonings?
Thanks a lot for your great feedback, I appreciate that 🤗 To answer your question on Za'atar: Za'atar is a popular Middle Eastern spice blend which has mainly dried thyme and oregano, sumac and sesame, which also make for a slightly nutty and acidic flavor profile. That pairs very nicely with the marinade, the chicken and potatoes. There are really many many ways to make this dish, so of course, you could take other seasonings too.
Do you like those easy sheet pan dishes? I'd love to hear from you 🤗
