SOLVED - LG Washing Machine LED blinking - pre wash and crease care | Simple DIY

Hello Friends,
The pre wash and crease care LED's were blinking during the wash cycle in my 6 year old LG washing machine for the past 1 month. I was hearing more than normal sound while the washing machine was filling water during the wash cycle. Once the wash cycle starts the wash cycle used to stop abruptly and then the pre wash and crease care led's used to blink. Even if we restart the washing machine, it was the same issue. I opened the water hose, filters and cleaned all of them. This solved the issue. Please watch the video for the complete step by step process to solve this issue.

I had the same problem last year. The LG guy had to be called in. He charged me Rs.250 and the problem got solved. But since last month the same problem started. After watching this video I did what was told. Though I could not see any dirt or debris i still cleaned the inlet and hose pipe and voila...the problem is solved. You saved my money and lot of other problems. Thank you very much.🙏

I had same problem, technician changed motor sensor and it worked. Sensor cost around Rs.380.

मेरे पास same मॉडल का वॉशिंग मशीन है और जब मैं कॉटन मोड में वाश करता हु तो पावर ट्रिप हो जा(mcb) रहा है, इलेक्ट्रिशियन को दिखा चुका हूं , पावर का कोई इशू नही है।
बाकी सारे फक्शन ठीक से काम कर रहे है

Was thinking doing the same, before watching yer video, the filter on the bottom side was spitting coins :D and other debris. The intensive care and medic rinse are constantling blinking, however I doubt cleaning the inlet hose will fix it cuz it appears to be quite pristine contidion. Another video stated could be the motor?!

You might have to clean the second filter. You can pry it loose with a micro screwdriver or just a pin. Wash it and reinstall back

My question is, what is the washing machine is place where there is no direct water supply, should I put water to the washing machine manually through the front opening?

It's a fully automatic washing machine. You cannot fill water manually.

Leave the door for 5 mins after completion of wash cycle then give a gentle push on the door and then press the handle for the door to open.

Wow never seen a lg direct drive 5.5kg 800 max rpm before… that’s mad lol.
Here in the uk they are all 7kg up! “Minimum” And no lower rpm than 1200.

Nhi bhai, nhi hua solve.
Subah se 10-12 baar try kar chuka hu. Mera time aur Khoob sara detegent bhi kharaab hua.
Aapka video dekhne k baad inlet pipe, aur inlet filter dono saaf kiya.
Ab vo dono light to nhi jal rahi, par wash cycle (cotton) chaalu hone k 10min me hi saara chhod diya machine ne.
