Why anybody, EC should bother about counting all VVPATS? What happens if two more days delayed for declaration of result or few more manpower deployed for counting? If counting of full VVPAts can increase trust on our election system, if it can satisfy the petitioners and lakha and crores of voters, is it not good?
Respected judges, something wrong going on in EVM and VVPAT slips as per yesterday voter's feedback in UP. please review and give decision in favour of VVPAT slips counting and matching with EVM. still some game going on and playing with voters trust
Review taken rightly. It's difficult to understand why Hon'ble Judges are prone to discarding the suspicion and anxiety of the voters. I hope, they will make revision of the order.

Months ago a Congress spokesperson had pointed out that 5 to 6% of the votes are being swung in EVMs in favor of BJP.
We are seeing the same thing repeating in the current lok sabha election.
Where election commission rigs elections and Supreme Court turns a blind eye, how can democracy survive particularly when the opposition too chooses to remain mute spectators?

Since one year EVM problems have been put up to the SC but no decision was taken. Now after elections have started what can be done. No faith in the EC that is why people go to the court but SC should have allowed counting of all VVPAT

The judges who gave the verdict have no idea about embedded system & software. Judge should have called an independent software expert team before passing the judgement. No software based system in the world is protected if given the access to the hacker experts.

The Supreme Court of India had better cancel election in selected booths all over India in the 5th phase of election and arrange surprise verification in those booths. Experts in those fields should be invited and verification conducted.

With due respect to Supreme Court, I still feel that the honourable court has made a big blunder in not taking seriously the matter regarding 100% matching of EVM with VVPAT and given the verdict against the petitioner. It is highly unfortunate.
So many places EVM machine's were printing wrong party i.e. instead of Congress,BJP slip comes out on the printing.

The Hon. Judges must not go by own understanding and confidence (by sealed cover OR no sealed cover) as a few finger count individuals, nullify opposite understanding and no confidence of crores and crores of people. Technology could never be vouchsafed.

I don't think that courts in our country should take EVM case whenever election arises. Does tge present set up thinks that previous SC judgements on EVM are incorrect, requires their modification bases on priorities of political parties.
