Is supreme court sold out to Kapil sibal and Prashant Bhushan. Why is the supreme court listening to them and their PILs every second day. What happens to cases of millions of ordinary people who are waiting for their cases for years. Why are they wasting time on interpretation of laws which have been in existence for years

Courts are part of our system.
We have a outdated judicial system. There are many vacancies still empty. We need to bring judicial reforms.
It listens because they rake up important issues. Why is trouble at your end? Are they taking up kangana or pizza issues!
While single persons' cases affect 2/3 persons, interpretation of issues affect thousands of people.
Scrap this constitution which is a clutter, warranting leading minds waste their time and waste public money

Thats called discussion and referring to the sections. In Court both Lawyers and judges read the sections and references. That doesnt mean Lawyers teach the judges. Thats howbit is explained and discussed
Supreme Court judges have not landed from heaven. They were all lawyers, most of whom were either failed or average lawyers who chose to become judges. Mr.Sibal is senior to all the judges of Supreme Court.

CJI appointed sibal to a board which i dont understand as a layman, but my point is only these 2 individuals take the limelight in the supreme court meant for 1.4 billion Indians.

judges like CJI should not argue the case. Let the lawyers argue and construct their case without interjecting their opinions. CJI has too many arguments as if he is part of the case. Wrong.
It might help him and other judges get a better understanding of the matter and reach to a fair judgement.
Like most advanced countries, the Judges ask questions. That's ok. Here CJI is showing his arguments, which he should not do. He should wait for arguments conclude and give his judgment based on arguments.
Interesting to note that in the Babri Masjid case CJI did NOT sign his own judgment. Why? He had doubts about his own writings ?
I'm sure, one day, an able lawyer will challenge the useless Babri Masjid judgment as being immaterial and useless because the judgment was not authorised as it was NOT SIGNED by any judge.
This fellas w CJI is an arrogant guy who was probably promised freebies and a plum position by the opposition hence toeing their line. The sooner he demits office the better for the country.
May be thats how it finds easy for Him to adjudicate better. May be he clarifies his own view point. But arguing like this would also cause an easy to guess on which side the judgment will tilt.
