Thanks for sharing the term 'want-spend' - I knew I was spending too much and on the wrong stuff, but now you've explained what it is and that it's a disease. I thought it was just a mild symptom. I'll now combat the disease, which has probably affected me most of my adult life. I guess want-spend is ok for gold and silver, but not for the supermarket food I buy.
I allow myself to buy a lot in the grocery store but I balance it with no restaurants(for the most part). I can buy silver and gold but no bars and smokes 😁.

@thousandaireradio3199 I think it started to defeat our spirit. Compromises must be made sometimes, to achieve the goal. Always have a back up plan. Try not to buy anything you can't sell for more or at least break even after you get to use or enjoy it. My oldest is 14 now and is hell bent on doing the opposite of what I say. It's alright, because I have experience, and will only allow the hard lessons t be....well less hard than I learned them lol. Respect from corrupted Canada

Interesting story with the car. I suggested to a much wealthier person to buy bitcoin back when it was 17k. They made a lot of scratch and they co-signed the car for me. Otherwise I would not have been able to get it. It shows you just never know how things can get better. Money miracles are real.
