I am not even sure how to tackle this topic. There seems to be an endless gap between Pixonics expectations and our (players) reality. How can something like this enter the game? How can it be that I have to click away 20 offer pop-ups before getting into my hangar? How did we get here Pixonic? To this point? Let's not forget how much of a slap in the face the ULTIMATE editions altogether are! Finally, after years, Pixonic also understands that those wepaons / robots need a buff. Finally the things people have gotten back then, invested heavily into, get better again. But SLAAP! It's not your Orkans or Spectre... It's new ones that get better, essentially bypassing all players spendings / investments into the older items that were supposed to get their rightfull balance buff and making everyone start from scratch instead. I cannot even begin to express how much this disgusts me!
One of the reasons why I deleted war robots.... everything becoming more expensive, drones are all f***ed up, rebalance doesn't help. Basically f2p players all dead. You don't pay, you don't win. Thats what this game is about NOW. Last time back in the days where the metas are all basic, now its just wild. Even got Mk3, which needs that stupid point thingy which is impossible to get if your f2p. Last time still gold only. But the one thing that really pisses me off about this game is the upgrade timing. Talk about having to wait 1 day before able to upgrade your weapon. What's worse is that you can't even bulk upgrade. That really wastes time and money. But still thanks Manni for expressing my anger and confusion. Well wishes mate :)

My theory is that they are trying to squeeze the last bit of money they can out of this game before they let it die and refocus their efforts on Frontiers.
You should put the vortex on this ultimate spectre, i know it's a tuft challenge to do especially because of the stealth meta but it does bring a lot of nostalgia back from when this game was call Walking War Robots, not Flying or Invisible.

I don't understand pixonic's actions right now... just make the old bot better with a pilot for example we give hover (something nobody has) a pilot that gives it stealth in ability, make the robot better tier cost components then sell it. I just made a meta machine from an old robot. Now we have a flying glass.
Exactly why I stopped playing a couple months ago and will never go back. I fell into the pay to play trap for years and spent THOUSANDS to always have the latest and greatest. Got tired of the neverending cycle of having them nerf everything into non-existence just to force you to buy the new stuff, then nerf those months later. F pixonic and F this game.

I've been playing this game since 2015 and stopped in 2019 and they should be making robots older than 3 years more easier to get and they should make them silver or gold or just make the components cheaper and faster

I saw a video by Predator WR trying to get the Ultimate Spectre. It nearly consumed ALL his gold and it took him a long time till he finally got it. And yes, I really think the Ultimate Luck is really just gambling out your money, and getting nothing good. More like a blight and a scam.
I never liked/rejected the idea of ultimate version, it's an insult that they need too re-sell a new version of the same thing rather than buffing the existing ones, (remember when falcon used to have 2 additional mediums instead of 2 heavy)... It's just not a good implementation that shouldn't be supported yet there are a lot of players that are enjoying their introduction. Just don't get it.

Like the idea to go with extra new content as "ultimate" versions rather than finally buffing the weapons that people had already invested in that deserve this buff. To make them start over. I could puke all day long just thinking about it ;-/
Time for some calculations. This is proof that War Robots Roulets are rigged. Firstly, not a lot of people have 10k gold and for the prizes that it gives, it just proves that WR is p2w. So, you need 10k gold for each spin. According to probability, there is a 1/12 chance which is 8.33% recurring of getting the "WIN" (This is only the first stage, you still need to do the second stage). Using maths, you will need at least 13 spins (yes, not 12 since 12 only has a 99.96%). Note that this does not take into account that it is not guaranteed that you will get the "WIN" in 13 tries. You may get it in less or more tries. Altogether, this uses at least 13*10000, which equals 130000 gold. Once you get to the "Super Prize Round", it is not even a super prize since half the stuff you can get is not even worth 130k gold. Yes, platinum is good but the whole point of the roulet is to get the Ultimate Spectre. Again, there is a 1/12 chance of getting the Ultimate Spectre, BUT YOU DO NOT GET RETRIES UNLESS YOU GET THE "WIN" AGAIN. Therefore we need to times 130000 gold by 13 to get 1690000 GOLD. Again, it is not GUARANTEED that you will get the robot. You may get more tries or even less. Yeah, 1690000 Gold might be okay but what about using the real life money part!? You can legit buy a house or a car instead of investing irl money to this fun, but wasteful game. Conclusion: Do it at your own risk and complain and criticize the creators of War Robots. By the way, why on earth is it even worth it? I mean, it is a spectre and the "Ultimate" thing only reduces cooldown, extra damage for MARK 2 (not mark 1, meaning you also need more gold) and longer stealth. There are better alternatives, and you may as well use your irl money for the event gift openings for better stuff.
Just to let you know there is also a chance that some squares are harder to land on like the win. Its could be 1/21 for all we know. Also sometimes the specter isn't there. It's a cruel joke. If it was by April fools I would be fine as it would be "this is what happens if you gamble." Pretty much the chances are probably much lower and that they chose the wrong time to do this.

Sure, just try to get the Ultimate Spectre for 4000$. You'll have plenty of power cells after that Hehe, just kidding. Battle Passes I believe reward quite a few power cells and of course in the offers tab are sometimes some decent deals. But getting things for free in an effective manner is - as you might know - quite limited in War Robots.
I have a chipped don't place team seriously, there are so many hackers there I was suggesting we better to play on mobile while yes, you have a lower quality when it comes to playing, but hey, at least you get free rewards with ads.

Your the only reason I play. Yes that happens on my Mobile and I have a good s22 ultra with 16GB RAM .. exact same thing where you can't get any damage everyone is still and you can shoot at them but nothing happens
Although it’s a huge bummer how this game is being run, webers are honestly the only weapon keeping me playing. Seeing the 50% bonus damage really makes me want to see how this spectre would work with 4 webers. Also, a tip for webers, just stick to max damage, no speed, no HP, true glass cannon, and when someone’s close to last stand, fire them one at a time since once last stand is triggered any extra damage is negated.
Those offers are for millionnaires (arabic countries most of it) who don't care. There are plenty who are hopeless in knowing what money value is (they don't work).
I don't want to say it but this game is a lost cause and they don't care. its no longer a game when you can buy an old beater car to fix for the price of a video game robot for micro transactions. I regret even trying to keep my account alive by paying to make it so i could have minimal fun and a minimal chance to be able to even put up a fight to a company as greedy and deaf as pixonic is. The problems they ignore that are so vital to the game is astounding as most game companies actually put efforts into fixing issues like whats going on with war robots

Absolutely unbelivable... Instead of making these ultimate versions just upgrades you can get for the old Robots so those can still be used these days, they make them completely new Robots and basically make them unobtainable for a normal player...
and in this bypassing all investments / spendings players had already made on the original equipment that was supposed to get these buffs as they eviidently needed it... forcing people to start from scratch. Disgusting without limits!

Time for some calculations. This is proof that War Robots Roulets are rigged.
Firstly, not a lot of people have 10k gold and for the prizes that it gives, it just proves that WR is p2w.
So, you need 10k gold for each spin. According to probability, there is a 1/12 chance which is 8.33% recurring of getting the "WIN" (This is only the first stage, you still need to do the second stage).
Using maths, you will need at least 13 spins (yes, not 12 since 12 only has a 99.96%). Note that this does not take into account that it is not guaranteed that you will get the "WIN" in 13 tries. You may get it in less or more tries.
Altogether, this uses at least 13*10000, which equals 130000 gold.
Once you get to the "Super Prize Round", it is not even a super prize since half the stuff you can get is not even worth 130k gold. Yes, platinum is good but the whole point of the roulet is to get the Ultimate Spectre.
Again, there is a 1/12 chance of getting the Ultimate Spectre, BUT YOU DO NOT GET RETRIES UNLESS YOU GET THE "WIN" AGAIN.
Therefore we need to times 130000 gold by 13 to get 1690000 GOLD.
Again, it is not GUARANTEED that you will get the robot. You may get more tries or even less.
Yeah, 1690000 Gold might be okay but what about using the real life money part!? You can legit buy a house or a car instead of investing irl money to this fun, but wasteful game.
Conclusion: Do it at your own risk and complain and criticize the creators of War Robots.
By the way, why on earth is it even worth it? I mean, it is a spectre and the "Ultimate" thing only reduces cooldown, extra damage for MARK 2 (not mark 1, meaning you also need more gold) and longer stealth.
There are better alternatives, and you may as well use your irl money for the event gift openings for better stuff.
Just to let you know there is also a chance that some squares are harder to land on like the win. Its could be 1/21 for all we know. Also sometimes the specter isn't there. It's a cruel joke. If it was by April fools I would be fine as it would be "this is what happens if you gamble."
Pretty much the chances are probably much lower and that they chose the wrong time to do this.

Although it’s a huge bummer how this game is being run, webers are honestly the only weapon keeping me playing. Seeing the 50% bonus damage really makes me want to see how this spectre would work with 4 webers. Also, a tip for webers, just stick to max damage, no speed, no HP, true glass cannon, and when someone’s close to last stand, fire them one at a time since once last stand is triggered any extra damage is negated.

Those offers are for millionnaires (arabic countries most of it) who don't care. There are plenty who are hopeless in knowing what money value is (they don't work).
I don't want to say it but this game is a lost cause and they don't care. its no longer a game when you can buy an old beater car to fix for the price of a video game robot for micro transactions. I regret even trying to keep my account alive by paying to make it so i could have minimal fun and a minimal chance to be able to even put up a fight to a company as greedy and deaf as pixonic is. The problems they ignore that are so vital to the game is astounding as most game companies actually put efforts into fixing issues like whats going on with war robots
