Wow glad u made the video. Very clear and understand. I build systems for companies and didn’t know how to go about emails since most companies live there.
Working for a client now. They want a system where their clients access the dashboard and ask questions. Then a worker dude goes in and answers the questions. But the catch is that the worker dude needs to be anonymous. Trying to figure out the whole client dashboard for them so that a worker has their own dashboard of questions from across several client projects and can work across multiple projects at once yet... I don't want to use the Person column because that would give away their identity. That's why I was thinking that a universal mailbox would be good so I can create secondary dashboards filtered a different way.

Great job on the branding and marketing. Love how you’ve trademarked your System. In a place of duplication and innovating on the community aspect of Notion I like how you are in a sense procuring a segment in the space that’s not really been done before. CHEERS TO YOU! 🎉

"we use this and this only. if ya don't like F*&*&^ off. We follow my processes cause i'm the expert ya hired." :)

When working with multiple client's, do you create a new database for each client mailbox or do you have one master mailbox database?

EXACTLY. If you make the process clear from the beginning, there's no room for questions or kickback.
