Love your video and ideas! Quick question, what would you think of using two additional databases: one for the clients (Google, Samsung, etc.) and one for each project? That way you could possibly link each project to each client (and have the templated views ready) as well as connect each project and each client to a specific invoice. Do you think it would be good in this workflow?
@@mathcrln I have 2 databses as you said and workflow is smooth. I am not using his template but I think it does not matter. Everything is build using different databases and the way somebody organizes it is up to the individual

Woohoo! I love Notion but I've always known I struggle hard with using it to it's fullest capabilities. Thank you so much Jesse for putting this template together, gladly spent the $1 on it. Something I'm going to try and add is some form of time-tracking on the tasks that then aggregate into a total on the project. That way I can see how much time to bill for and just in general how much time has been spent. Especially if I'm billing against a set number of hours per the client's contract.
Great video! Notion is definitely something else. I have been using it to organize content for a roadmap at work, but I believe I don't know all of its capabilities just yet haha.
Great stuff! I'm transitioning fully to Notion and to your workflow (bought your template) :) In terms of meeting times and receiving notifications, do you schedule that with Google Cal and/or ical? and then log into Notion as a practical measure.

When I share the client portal with my client, they don't see the linked database, thus cannot add new tasks. Am I doing something wrong or notion is trash for collaborative work?

Great Video! In a recent update, Notion now lets you reference the template, so you no longer need to fix the filters for every new project.
