@@fattofunsize like you said, you have a different situation (PCOS)… and you’re still losing weight even if it’s slowly. I can understand the frustration though when you see someone else doing what that other lady is doing eating pizza and drinking alcohol and still losing. Don’t forget how far you’ve come though, and always compare yourself to those before pics in the blue shirt! 💚😊
It wasn't until the end of week 4 that I could really get my water in. The light n fit yougurt has 12 grams of protein, low sugar, and awesome flavors. I started making my shakes bc I couldn't with the pre-made shakes. I also add unflavored protein to EVERYTHING. You're doing great! Be sure to give yourself some grace.

Great job! Stay positive!! I had my surgery on 1/26/22 so I’m just a week or two ahead of you. My doctor doesn’t have nearly as many restrictions as other doctors so he’s good with straws. I feel like I swallow more air drinking straight from a water bottle than I do with my straw. Wishing you the best of luck & best of health!!
I am three weeks post-op. today and only 1 pound down for week three too. Hoping I pick up for week four. Y=The mental game is hard. You are doing great!
Well, I've picked back up in numbers... so I'm happy about that! Doing measurements also helps to show progress when the scale isn't moving!! How are you feeling at 3 weeks?
Yeah... idk. I'm going to try the small cups today like my nutritionist suggested... but if that doesn't work I'm going to try straws again! Thanks for watching!
