Yes, I was folding laundry. I am a 60 year old grandfather of 3. My daughter just had surgery yesterday. Your videos are helping me to understand what she is going thru and maybe I can be more of a support to her. Just keep doing what your doing. Hope your husband is successful as well. People are watching and you are helping people. I commend you for that!

Came across your channel...so informative, just what I was looking for...I was scheduled for vsg next month August 1st...and Wednesday July 27 I get a call from the surgery scheduler saying that my surgeon quit😳🤦And my surgery is cancelled but that they're looking for another surgeon 🤦🤦Idk what happened because she didn't say anything about why she quit..but wow..now I gotta wait to get a surgery date

It wasn't until the end of week 4 that I could really get my water in. The light n fit yougurt has 12 grams of protein, low sugar, and awesome flavors. I started making my shakes bc I couldn't with the pre-made shakes. I also add unflavored protein to EVERYTHING. You're doing great! Be sure to give yourself some grace.
