I met her years ago at a fashion class she held in Charlotte and she was sooo nice and she dropped so many jewels and you can tell she is a pure, genuine soul. I still have her fashion book too.

I can see why Usher fell in love and married her... she seems like such a down to earth, real person. Great conversation Jason.
If he was in love with her, how come their marriage was short lived and why did she have to find out about the divorce, I think by TMZ. I never want that kind of love😁
That doesn't mean he didn't love her at any point. That means that their relationship fell apart as some relationships do. Not taking up for him just saying some relationships end badly. Some people behave badly. That doesn't mean love wasn't there.

Like the interview but Jason on the topic of death regroup your questioning no MOTHER ever stops mourning the death of their child. Losing a family member is way different than loosing a child.
One is not greater than the other..some ppl love their siblings like kids and some parents don't care about their kids at all
No greater loss than that of your child.
I think Tameka would make a great talk show host. She's articulate, beautiful, professional, very intelligent and like she mentioned she speaks the truth.

I saw the Tamron Hall interview. Tamron does talk over guest and sometimes she doesn't show much empathy....she is a very beautiful woman but she needs to work on the human side of things.
She’s right about Tamron Hall because I always comes across as rude and closed off. I hate when she cuts people off when they’re speaking. I’m glad Tameka is telling her story. She seems cool.

This was an awesome interview. I’m huge fan of both her and Usher. I can defiantly understand her critique of Tameron Hall. I heard Tameron speak at an NABJ convention, a few years ago. She was a great speaker and journalist. I do think that she interviews guests on her show like you’d interview someone at a car crash or fire in local news. I always found it to be a little odd considering that her guests have lighter stories, and her show is entertainment based. This was really good Jason and Blu!
That's why I'm not into Tamron. Kudos to her being a black woman with a show, but she does lack warmth and seemed to be personalably forced. My heart goes out to Tameka, can't imagine losing my child. I think Tamron just lacks interviewing experience.
100% agree about the Tamron Hall interview. I was clutching my perals like dang Tamron where is your empathy for this woman who lost her son. It felt like Tamron wanted to make her cry . Kudos for Tameka. I must say I was in awe of her poise.
Well spoken lady from my city represented herself well. So Oakland, real, stayed in her lane, spoke her truth as far as what she wanted folks she doesn’t know to know about her personal life, down to earth, doing her. Jason did a great job interview. Loved it
I love Tameka; she is so strong! I always thought she was mistreated and the culture didn't embrace her but I always knew there was much more to her than the suggested narrative.

Can I be honest??? Shes a very beautiful woman, she's been through a lot...especially losing her son and mom. And the Tamron Hall interview was trash to me but I think Tameka wasn't really ready for this kind of attention. She wrote a book using the same title as her ex husband's album title but she seems to be annoyed about having to answer questions about him. She knew she would stir the pot by using that title but she acts as though she's tired of dealing with it even though her actions say she's not....shes still bitter about her relationship with Usher and she has a right to be upset, she was on a whole reality show called Hollywood Ex's as well...she's the one keeping her story alive about Usher, she's got to change the narrative if she no longer wanna keep talking about him. I do feel bad that alot of criticism was aimed at her for all the wrong reasons but unfortunately the life of a celebrity comes with that territory. I personally don't believe Usher was the only reason why their marriage didn't work, we I seen her on that reality show getting into it with Kevin Hart's ex wife I was like damn Tameka is raw but thats just who she is...not really bad but that just meant that her and Usher were not as compatible. He seem to have issue with cheating before they got married so the foundation between them was never that strong to begin with...everything else was just the icing on the cake. I hope that she moves on though, she's a strong and very smart and beautiful woman....she really don't need Usher or his name to be successful.

Oh Gee Tameka, so sorry for all those losses. You are pretty too although I think Usher is such a handsome man and a beautiful creature. How can he not be your best friend? I only know him on stage through his songs, and I think he is too charming for any woman not to like him. In any case, love and marriage is not about physical attraction or beauty only.
