- Rasdhoo is one of the islands in Maldives and it is located in the Rasdhoo Atoll. In our opinion Rasdhoo Island is perfect for those travelers that would like to stay in Maldives for a week in a calm island, and still be able to do several activities.
WELCOME BACK to George and Sav Maldives travel vlog. In the year 2022, we have visited 12 islands in the Maldives and still in counting. We share the best travel tips for Maldives, how to get to different islands and how much it will cost to travel through the Maldives.
During our visit too Rasdhoo, we stayed in a beautiful beachfront hotel called Tranquila. We would off course recommend this hotel because of the beautiful ocean view rooms, delicious food like fried rice and the best part the bathtub in the suite we stayed in. Prices vary from $70-$90. Hello, thank you so much. We actually used an iPhone that day. But it’s not advised with salt water. 😂 We also use a GoPro for most of our other videos.

How would you compare this island to ukulas? Which is better for a family? And how was safety?
Safety in general around Maldives is very safe. You dont have to worry about that at all. 😊 Rasdhoo and Ukulas are very close to each other and there’s multiple speedboat transfers between the islands each day so you can visit both. I would suggest not to stay on 1 island longer than 4 days, rather visit a few and do some islands hoping. Also have a look at our Thoddoo vlog, its one of our favourite islands 🥰

Hey guys, it is possible to get sandbank swimming or what is distance from island to sandbank😅?
Helo, the sandbank is very close to the island. It will be less than 5 min boat ride, but its not close enough to swim there.

Where have you buy the tickets of speed boat from Male to Rasdhoo? In the reservation of my hotel in Rasdhoo say me they can do the reservation but they say the price is 35 USD for 1 person from Male to Rasdhoo

Hello, Unfortunately most guesthouse/hotels do not have this. But they are becoming more modern so im sure it will change soon.
You visited a lot of islands in the Maldives (local islands). Which one did you like the most?
Rasdhoo is very nice, we love it there. We have visited over 15 islands and we have vlogs on all of them for you to go watch and decide. All the islands are different, so it depends on what you want.
