I would put the train at the bottom. Unlike the dreadnought it is ridiculously easy to take out from personal experiences. I think the dreadnought can be useful in Operations and is very important during Turning Tides.

Main problem with the Char 2C is that it's the least or 2nd least noob proof. Very easy for it to be rendered useless or destroyed in the hands of an over aggressive noob.
I was able to fend off the entire enemy teams set of tanks and planes with that behemoth and captured C and D which helped my team make a comeback. Just need skill

The char is good until you get a terrible driver that won’t get out. The entire time he never goes near an objective, this happened to me a couple days ago, it’s pretty irritating.
I think that Behemoths were a nice mechanic added in BF1. They're useful, immersive and so freakin cool! I remember when I've played for the first time San Quentin Scar, and I've seen that massive zeppelin flying above my team. I can't wait for BF5's new behemoths!

The dreadnought is my favorite behemoth. It's out of range from most weapons and only usually targeted by planes (hence the AA guns) and the coastal guns. I always stack up so many kills from targetting the objectives and as long as you have a competent team, I think it's the most useful. The train is literal ass and the airship gets destroyed too quickly.
especially the 20mm gunners, i always pick them off with a mg1917 the moment an airship spawn, until there's no one wanting to spawn on the seats. it's quite ironic the most crucial part of the behemoth is also the most fragile one.

I remember being on Monte Grappa in Operations. They had an Airship and we we were losing the B and C. but I was a A holding it on my own by being on the AA gun. Taking out the cabins on the airship while dealing with any attackers. So satisfying i managed to take down the airship. This game is amazing.

Dreadnoughts are usually pretty easy to take down since all you have to do is find a small boat and ride along the side while shooting or using torpedoes
The airship is #1 to me because of the way it goes down It’s a beautiful sight to behold and quite dramatic if your on top of it as it explodes and your running away from the spreading explosion
TBAG [Epic Gaming] but my reasoning is cause since the train is stuck to rhe rail and is limited to a certain disrance its kind of a sore thumb and is targeted alot and does not have the most health so it dies pretty quick for the air ship my reasoning is the same as yours i like it but it does not have the most health and it dies pretty quick so if Dice makes it have more health it would be better and a bit more balanced then for the dreadnaught it may only have two AA guns and cannons but the driver can always go out farther away so certain wepons would be harder to reach it or not hit it at all and so ya maybe add some gunners in the hull of the ship just to take out torpedo ships and infantry and otger vehicles if close to the land and maybe give it flair ammo to the cannons or gas or incendiary rounds sometging like that and all i can say about the Char 2c is give the front cannon and rear machine gun more visability cause it can only fire at a certain angle and maybe put an AA gun at the top.

What sets dreadnought back is its lackluster AA capability and lack of smaller artillery cannons, if you see the in game model, there is one unused turret that’s just there for decoration
If you had a more seats for the secondary batteries with higher ROF I think the dreadnought would be great at suppressing points. But the reload on the main gun is just too long.
Maybe it’s just me, but one time on Argonne Forest the enemy team got reinforced with the train. They absolutely shredded through our defenses with it and changed the fight around. Luckily, we still won because of the sheer point advantage we had, but I’m still scared of that thing
i really miss fighting on that airship, just killing that 1 guy that keeps spawning on the ships MG on top of it, i get why they weren't included in BFV but man i would love to see some of them
Armored train would have to be first for me, it's always taking me out. I could be across the map ducking behind a rock and it would still manage to hit me, hate that thing
Yeah armored train is decent, especially if you have a competent engineer and anti infantry crew. Ideally the engineer would watch for flanking anti vehicles/vehicles in general and bombers, and move out of the way. While the anti infantry crew takes care of flanking infantry and explosives on the tracks.
Zeppelin is easily the worst Dreadnoght is hard to use, but if you have competent crew, it can wreck havok all the time, while zeppelin gets half of it's helf melted, before it reaches combat
If you have a competent crew you shouldn't be getting melted in the Zeppelin. The main factor is AA guns. So if the gunners pay attention and always keep the AA guns dead, then it will wreck face. Meanwhile dreadnought while survivable can't push points, so if your team is full of campers (very likely that is why you get it in the first place) it will do nothing to turn the tide of the match.
Yeah, zeppelin is so bad that I can even take out its gunners as soon as they spawn with my LMG while I am prone. It really lacks firepower. At least it can kill the ones in bunkers once it crashes to ground, which can be used as a last resort on 4th sector in Monte Grappa.
The ship pretty much only helps taking the control of coastal points. The train is on tracks so i don't really like it for that reason, because people can set mines on the tracks, but the firepower is really good. Then the tank can dominate small areas, but it's kinda slow so it can't really travel around the map fast. Then the airship can dominate a huge area and move around the map really fast too. It has a ton of guns to dominate both vehicles and infantry, but it's a huge target and bombers can completely shred it apart if not shot down.
The dreadnauht is great for the operations in FAO fortress because it can destroy the castle(or at least the cover) and makes the offensive much easier for attackers. Otherwise you are right(and it is easy to destroy is because of the limited angles of the AA guns against boats). Train has actually two variants: the long one(with AA canon, explosive canon, two HMG, one field gun and one mortar for driver) and a short one(with two mortars, HMG and explosive canon). The problem with the train is IMO it is so easy to set mine on the rails and cause it huge damage. I find it most usefull on suez and I actually saw conquest rounds when it helps a comeback! I don't agree about the airship because it has one serious problem: any HMG or stronger weapon can hit it(while the other has tank like armor). Stationary HMG or vehicle ones and even gunners of attack planes can kill it easily. And a good sniper is dangerous to the gunners. Char is really the best, and the explosive gun in position 2 is amazing with 180+ degrees movement. You mentioned it has the best gun but I am sure the ones of the dreadnauht are way stronger(at least against buildings). Also honorable mention: elites spawn in your base as behemoth in some infantry maps. Verdun also has a strong motar with too limied range to be effective. So imo, the rating: Airship(if you have good players against you, it will die in a minute). Dreadnaut Short train Long train Elites Elites+mortar Char
It is very mixed for me. It has huge firepower and can tear up an entire map but if you simply drive a torpedo boat behind it and keep shooting as a squad, it can go down easily. In fact, you can deal significant damage by just shooting it constantly with the AA Cannon on the boat.
Whenever the dreadnought spawns you can hear someone pulling a horn on the boat to tell you that it has spawned, I think it’s a missed opportunity to make it where there is a small chance were it plays the jaws theme and if you ever hear the jaws theme it sounds very similar to the dreadnought
I like airships because if you just stand on the top you have a chance to jump of and it feels epic when doing it and it feels like you are sending down artillery
drednought the worst? yeah, only 2 strong seats but they have long range, great damage and huge zone that it destroys, every time it fires. btw. i think that char 2c is also on a timer
I alway use the dreadnaught to clear flags and to cut off the reinforcements although you also need recon units spotting for you this is only my opinion on operations
Looking back on this now... if they replaced one AA cannon with one of the cannons from the L class destroyer, I think the Dreadnought would have been 10 times better as it could handle the torpedo boats better. The dreadnought has a lot of armor, but it can get overrun by multiple torpedo boats pretty easily. It's best defense is other torpedo boats, but guys on those should be capping the flags that the Dreadnought is hammering
You can actually keep the Airship up for a while if you target anti aircraft guns or vehicles and then target other things that can cause damage (meaning tanks and the mounted cannons)

Let me tell you why 1.its nealy invincible 2.it can output death on unimaginable scales 3.just because it can capture flags dosnt mean it not useful case and piobt you gave tge ability to whipeout any enemy stupid enough to be in flag in your attack range.makung the flag a easy capture or vice versa. 4. The only way you really damged is by boats which do pathetically low damgae 5. You dont need to capture flags to be useful and all the one that can are destroyed very very fast. No, it is. If you are losing, it doesn't matter how many kills you can get with a behemoth if you can't capture a single flag with it. You will definitely score points with the dreadnought, but just for yourself. It's selfish and will never actually win you a match.

Char 2 C (full mobility, but under constant fire from assaults, and only 2 very effective weapons [main+autocannon] so it dies fast.) 3. Airship (very effective and constant weaponry, as well as being the harbor for many supports on top. Suffers from exposure. Cupolas are easily destroyed and gunners are easily sniped.) 4. Armored train. (It has so little health, so much exposure, and so little mobility, that it fails to hold off enemy assaults, paired with the fact that it can only access a few objectives, and most of its guns have a very long reload, or very quick overheat, it dies to quickly for me to award it a significant spot.

This makes me realize that every battlefield game has something unique about it. Battlefield 4 has tons of scripted levolution events, Battlefield 1 has behemoths, Battlefield V is extremely colorful (could be the spotting system aswell, but I don't know if Battlefield 2042 sees the return of 3D spotting like in 4 and 1), and Battlefield 2042 has specialists. With how much backlash EA and Dice got from specialists, I doubt they'll return in future Battlefield titles.

I got a 90 streak with it last week it's pretty good for getting kills and its fun but it almost never helps the team

You can lock down points very quickly with the Dreadnought, in coordination with infantry. There are several videos demonstrating this.

Yeah armored train is decent, especially if you have a competent engineer and anti infantry crew. Ideally the engineer would watch for flanking anti vehicles/vehicles in general and bombers, and move out of the way. While the anti infantry crew takes care of flanking infantry and explosives on the tracks.

Zeppelin is easily the worst
Dreadnoght is hard to use, but if you have competent crew, it can wreck havok all the time, while zeppelin gets half of it's helf melted, before it reaches combat
If you have a competent crew you shouldn't be getting melted in the Zeppelin. The main factor is AA guns. So if the gunners pay attention and always keep the AA guns dead, then it will wreck face. Meanwhile dreadnought while survivable can't push points, so if your team is full of campers (very likely that is why you get it in the first place) it will do nothing to turn the tide of the match.
Yeah, zeppelin is so bad that I can even take out its gunners as soon as they spawn with my LMG while I am prone. It really lacks firepower. At least it can kill the ones in bunkers once it crashes to ground, which can be used as a last resort on 4th sector in Monte Grappa.
The ship pretty much only helps taking the control of coastal points. The train is on tracks so i don't really like it for that reason, because people can set mines on the tracks, but the firepower is really good. Then the tank can dominate small areas, but it's kinda slow so it can't really travel around the map fast. Then the airship can dominate a huge area and move around the map really fast too. It has a ton of guns to dominate both vehicles and infantry, but it's a huge target and bombers can completely shred it apart if not shot down.

The dreadnauht is great for the operations in FAO fortress because it can destroy the castle(or at least the cover) and makes the offensive much easier for attackers. Otherwise you are right(and it is easy to destroy is because of the limited angles of the AA guns against boats).
Train has actually two variants: the long one(with AA canon, explosive canon, two HMG, one field gun and one mortar for driver) and a short one(with two mortars, HMG and explosive canon). The problem with the train is IMO it is so easy to set mine on the rails and cause it huge damage. I find it most usefull on suez and I actually saw conquest rounds when it helps a comeback!
I don't agree about the airship because it has one serious problem: any HMG or stronger weapon can hit it(while the other has tank like armor). Stationary HMG or vehicle ones and even gunners of attack planes can kill it easily. And a good sniper is dangerous to the gunners.
Char is really the best, and the explosive gun in position 2 is amazing with 180+ degrees movement. You mentioned it has the best gun but I am sure the ones of the dreadnauht are way stronger(at least against buildings).
Also honorable mention: elites spawn in your base as behemoth in some infantry maps. Verdun also has a strong motar with too limied range to be effective.
So imo, the rating:

Yeaah... no. This list is backwards. Dreadnought is the best behemoth hands down.
It is very mixed for me. It has huge firepower and can tear up an entire map but if you simply drive a torpedo boat behind it and keep shooting as a squad, it can go down easily. In fact, you can deal significant damage by just shooting it constantly with the AA Cannon on the boat.
Whenever the dreadnought spawns you can hear someone pulling a horn on the boat to tell you that it has spawned, I think it’s a missed opportunity to make it where there is a small chance were it plays the jaws theme and if you ever hear the jaws theme it sounds very similar to the dreadnought

Dreadnought is only usefull on operations because gou can clear an entire flag from enemys. It is absolute shit on conquest tho
I alway use the dreadnaught to clear flags and to cut off the reinforcements although you also need recon units spotting for you this is only my opinion on operations

Looking back on this now... if they replaced one AA cannon with one of the cannons from the L class destroyer, I think the Dreadnought would have been 10 times better as it could handle the torpedo boats better. The dreadnought has a lot of armor, but it can get overrun by multiple torpedo boats pretty easily. It's best defense is other torpedo boats, but guys on those should be capping the flags that the Dreadnought is hammering

Dreadnagut is far better than any behemoth. Let me tell you why
1.its nealy invincible
2.it can output death on unimaginable scales
3.just because it can capture flags dosnt mean it not useful case and piobt you gave tge ability to whipeout any enemy stupid enough to be in flag in your attack range.makung the flag a easy capture or vice versa.
4. The only way you really damged is by boats which do pathetically low damgae
5. You dont need to capture flags to be useful and all the one that can are destroyed very very fast.

No, it is. If you are losing, it doesn't matter how many kills you can get with a behemoth if you can't capture a single flag with it. You will definitely score points with the dreadnought, but just for yourself. It's selfish and will never actually win you a match.

1. Dreadnought (on some sectors in ops it’s near unkillable, allowing an easy push to open objectives after a hard shelling)
2. Char 2 C (full mobility, but under constant fire from assaults, and only 2 very effective weapons [main+autocannon] so it dies fast.)
3. Airship (very effective and constant weaponry, as well as being the harbor for many supports on top. Suffers from exposure. Cupolas are easily destroyed and gunners are easily sniped.)
4. Armored train. (It has so little health, so much exposure, and so little mobility, that it fails to hold off enemy assaults, paired with the fact that it can only access a few objectives, and most of its guns have a very long reload, or very quick overheat, it dies to quickly for me to award it a significant spot.
I can see where you are coming from. but the dreadnought is only good to kill people. and only for 2 of the 4 people on board. imo
TBAG [Epic Gaming] yeah, but I see the two AA gunners as an effective deterrent because they can easily shred boats and planes in the vicinity, and even without AA gunners you are still under less fire due to the enemy being more cautious.
This makes me realize that every battlefield game has something unique about it. Battlefield 4 has tons of scripted levolution events, Battlefield 1 has behemoths, Battlefield V is extremely colorful (could be the spotting system aswell, but I don't know if Battlefield 2042 sees the return of 3D spotting like in 4 and 1), and Battlefield 2042 has specialists. With how much backlash EA and Dice got from specialists, I doubt they'll return in future Battlefield titles.
