What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response - referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

Why do you do asmr??
I am employed as a PSE clerk at the post office; however, due to the current low mail volume, all PSE hours have been reduced to zero, leaving me out of work since May 3rd. It's quite frustrating. An increase in mail volume is necessary for me to return to work.

@@JustPaperASMR It's the first time. Once I convert to regular, I'll be working a consistent 8-hour schedule. I'm number 6 in the queue but I heard I will be converted to regular sometime in November or December.
