Imagine how bright her star power would be right now! Can't you feel it?!..... I really feel like I missed my chance to know and see a great person. The family is so close and I weep for the babies she never had but was planning. I'm so sorry her husband was cheated out of his chance to have his babies with her. I'm so angry about that because people who are nice and so giving and who worked as hard as they did to get where they were should have all their dreams come true! That Yolanda didn't just kill a person. She stopped a legacy of dreams, Super stardom, untold fame and fortune and descendent's in it's tracks. It's 2018, October. I heard about her for the first time a couple of months ago and I totally feel the same what you feel. I can't even watch an interview without crying. As a professional musician all my life in the States I can tell you that Selena sold 11 million copies of her record because she was talented, she was a superstar the same as the superstars here. And just like Ricky said, she was never a Mexican Madonna, she never went that low. That was an insult to say that about Selena, a very bad insult. Selena had morals very high morals. Madonna didn't care what she did what part of her body was shown to the world or how nasty or how she portrayed other women women, and how gruesome she was in front of people. She would do anything for a buck. Then she had a baby and realized what she had done. I don't think Madonna will ever let her children see her videos. And to think I sang her song called, Like a Virgin, because it was number one hit. I would have never sang her songs had I known who she was. If you want to see nasty, she is on here.

I was 13 years old going on 14 the year she died. I was in middle school. I was watching tv at home in NY and all of the news stations covered her as of Michael Jackson had just died... I didn’t know her but my heart broke as the story unfolded... I had never heard her music but spiritually my heart wept for her... for the woman I could have known... I knew then, before the movie... I knew the night she died that if she ever crossed over and did an English album I would definitely be a fan... she would have been huge... dead or alive she was destined for this glory... you just know it... her popularity today in death is a pale reflection of what she would have achieved if she were alive... and her humility would have endeared her even more to her fans... I love her till this day... I’m sorry she was murdered... she didn’t deserve that, and we didn’t deserve that... but we are thankful we had her at all!

As a professional musician all my life in the States I can tell you that Selena sold 11 million copies of her record because she was talented, she was a superstar the same as the superstars here. And just like Ricky said, she was never a Mexican Madonna, she never went that low. That was an insult to say that about Selena, a very bad insult. Selena had morals very high morals. Madonna didn't care what she did what part of her body was shown to the world or how nasty or how she portrayed other women women, and how gruesome she was in front of people. She would do anything for a buck. Then she had a baby and realized what she had done. I don't think Madonna will ever let her children see her videos. And to think I sang her song called, Like a Virgin, because it was number one hit. I would have never sang her songs had I known who she was. If you want to see nasty, she is on here.

I was 13 years old going on 14 the year she died. I was in middle school. I was watching tv at home in NY and all of the news stations covered her as of Michael Jackson had just died... I didn’t know her but my heart broke as the story unfolded... I had never heard her music but spiritually my heart wept for her... for the woman I could have known... I knew then, before the movie... I knew the night she died that if she ever crossed over and did an English album I would definitely be a fan... she would have been huge... dead or alive she was destined for this glory... you just know it... her popularity today in death is a pale reflection of what she would have achieved if she were alive... and her humility would have endeared her even more to her fans... I love her till this day... I’m sorry she was murdered... she didn’t deserve that, and we didn’t deserve that... but we are thankful we had her at all!

Well Selena felt safe and she didn’t want to create a boundary between her and her fans. She didn’t have a bodyguard and she even let fans come on stage and hug her. No one could have seen what was going to happen. Friends did warn Selena but Selena didn’t believe them until it was too late.

I know that this women had so much love in her heart and was destined to be one of biggest stars in the music industry.
