There are lot of disaporans in Cape Coast. Cape Coast has the biggest disaspora settlement outside Accra, but of course most of them settle in Accra when they move.

My sister thank you for sharing. This is my first time coming across your channel. I am planning to arrive in Ghana in January and retire from corporate life in Atlanta. I plan to be in Cape Coast in February to visit the Pan African Village in Asebu. I was hoping you would share the furniture maker and the painter/carpenter contact information. You know we have to get the 411 on folks who do good work. I will keep them in mind because I will also need to live in an apartment until I am ready to build my home. Also, what Real Estate Agent assisted you two with your apartment search?

    • @jussvlog

This is a great plan! And thank you for watching, I’m sure you will love Ghana🥰 unfortunately the local people here don’t have any contact info such as an email address etc. let’s keep in contact MelodyAgyenim@gmail.com and upon your arrival I will assist you in any way I can. We did not use a realtor as he is a local born and raised here so he put all of the effort into securing an apartment for us. I plan to do a video on the pan African village so check back frequently.

THE FIGHT HERE IN AMERICA IS OVER ITS TIME TO MOVE ON TO OUR ORIGIN, AFRICA. THE BEAUTY IS WHEN U GO TO GHANA, U FEEL BELONGED GENETICALLY. WHEN THERE IN THE 90'S THE VISION TO DEVELOP GHANA FOR US TO RETURN WAS TALING PLACE REALLY BEFORE. U YOUNG GENERATION, ENJOY THE FREEDOM IN GHANA OF " NOT BEING JUDGEED BY THE COLOR OF UR SKIN. STRESS FROM " THE DISEASE OF RACISM" MAKE AFRICA " THE LEADER CONTINENT OF THE WORLD"!!! GRANNY IS SOOOO HAPPY FOR U. THE VERY VERY BEST"!!!!

pls you should avoid tiling all the floor area of the compound.
    1. It's very slippery and dangerous when it rains.
    2. Due to our weather conditions,it course it to fade quickly and you loose for the value for money.
    3. It should have part or potion to be greening or planting of 🌲 trees

Land in Cape Coast isn't expensive. As low as $5,000 to $10,000, you can get a parcel of land. When you buy it, you own it for life. The city has several attractions, pristine beaches, coconut groves and lagoons that are ideal for relaxation or real estates, etc. The city has a programme for Africans in the diaspora. Many of African-Americans and people in the Caribbeans have traced their root Fanteland and have settled there.
