I just found your channel. I love your energy and your joyful nature. You have adapted to Ghana so well. I am moving soon. I will be there in February to find a apartment and land. I’m packing my house now. Keep the content coming. It’s encouraging and reassuring to those of us making the big move home. Thank you!❤
Your gonna LOVE Ghana! Congratulations on making that move🥳🥳🥳 content loading…………😅 thank you for tuning in🤗 if you would like to see anything specifically don’t hesitate to comment!
There are lot of disaporans in Cape Coast. Cape Coast has the biggest disaspora settlement outside Accra, but of course most of them settle in Accra when they move.
This a lovely AIRY place the outdoors furnitures are amazing, like the stone cut wall, should be watching an African series, good coordination of fabrics
Yes furniture making in Africa is one of the most interesting things to experience. The use of a mans hands to make something out of practically nothing is LOVELY TO SEE 😁
Love your videos! You’re so humble! Planning my move this year God willing! The entertainment area looks beautiful! Will you share the contacts? Love the curtain idea
Thank you so much, and thank you for watching🤗🤗 unfortunately there are no details to share as they are locals, however keep in contact with me and when you come we can go from there. My email is MelodyAgyenim@gmail.com
@@jussvlog You're a genuine repart because you have embraced your ancestral land hole heartedly. You even go as far as changing your name girl. You will strive in the motherland. All those things or challenges you see or face in Ghana or on the Continent, are opportunities for a startup. The motherland is where you can build generational wealth from scratch. I have subscribed to your channel. Stay bless.
My sister thank you for sharing. This is my first time coming across your channel. I am planning to arrive in Ghana in January and retire from corporate life in Atlanta. I plan to be in Cape Coast in February to visit the Pan African Village in Asebu. I was hoping you would share the furniture maker and the painter/carpenter contact information. You know we have to get the 411 on folks who do good work. I will keep them in mind because I will also need to live in an apartment until I am ready to build my home. Also, what Real Estate Agent assisted you two with your apartment search?
This is a great plan! And thank you for watching, I’m sure you will love Ghana🥰 unfortunately the local people here don’t have any contact info such as an email address etc. let’s keep in contact MelodyAgyenim@gmail.com and upon your arrival I will assist you in any way I can. We did not use a realtor as he is a local born and raised here so he put all of the effort into securing an apartment for us. I plan to do a video on the pan African village so check back frequently.
@@jussvlog Thanks so much for your quick response. I understand the lack of local contact info. I definitely will remember to reach back out when I get my place and need furniture. Be in touch.

Hi sister u still in Ghana? happy for you am a Ghanaian living in New York currently but planning to come back home for business. Am setting up animals farm and working the fencing now. It's tough here as u know home sweet home.
In America, propane (gas tanks) can never be stored indoors nor in an enclosed area. Please ask someone if your set up should be different-just to be on the safe side🧡
pls you should avoid tiling all the floor area of the compound. 1. It's very slippery and dangerous when it rains. 2. Due to our weather conditions,it course it to fade quickly and you loose for the value for money. 3. It should have part or potion to be greening or planting of 🌲 trees
Thank you so much for virtually letting us into your property in Ghana. Can you share with us the average cost to rent a 2 bedroom apt/house in Cape Coast someone could expect to pay?
No Problem, thank you for watching. I will be doing an interview with a local builder here in Cape Coast and we will be covering all of those questions in the video.
Land in Cape Coast isn't expensive. As low as $5,000 to $10,000, you can get a parcel of land. When you buy it, you own it for life. The city has several attractions, pristine beaches, coconut groves and lagoons that are ideal for relaxation or real estates, etc. The city has a programme for Africans in the diaspora. Many of African-Americans and people in the Caribbeans have traced their root Fanteland and have settled there.
I would like to come but I don't want no covid jab. Would you inform us that feel this way if there's any changes? Thank you ❤️ I'm going to Johannesburg SA next month but Ghana was my first choice.

Great to see a UA-camr in Cape (my town), as most diasporians prefer Accra.

You can still use American appliances with 110 voltage to lower electricity cost, but with step down or voltage regulator. Ghana use 240 voltage
