  • Today, I made pickles with red cabbage.
    It is rich in dietary fiber and has a good sweet and sour taste.
    [Ingredients]
    Red cabbage
    a little Italian parsley
    [Pickle juice Ingredients]
    Five cups of water,
    Two and a half cups of sugar,
    Two and a half cups of vinegar,
    1 tablespoon thick salt,
    2 teaspoons pickling spice

    [Disinfect Bottles]
    1. First, pour water into a large pot and put the glass bottle upside down. And boil the water.
    2. Remove moisture in the bottle

    1. Cut the red cabbage into 1/4 pieces and remove the wick.
    2. Drop vinegar in the water and soak cabbage for a moment.
    3. Wash cabbage under running water
    4. Press down with a dry cloth to remove moisture.
    5. Slice the drained red cabbage evenly.
    6. Fill a sterilized glass bottle with red cabbage and cover it with parsley leaves.

    7. Put the ingredients for pickle juice in a pot and boil them.
    -[Ingredients]: 5 cups water / 2 cups sugar / 2 cups vinegar / 1 tablespoon thick salt / 2 teaspoons pickling spice
    8. Pour the pickle juice into a glass bottle filled with red cabbage.
    9. After cooling down, close the lid and refrigerate.
    You can eat red pickles right after a day.
    It's delicious when you eat meat together and goes well with sandwich ingredients.
