STAGE INFO
At the start of the turn, her ally that used Hippowdon cast a Sandstorm weather field and extended the field duration.
You must bring a Hail weather field caster because the opponent is weak to Ice-type.
Their main power relies on speed stat.
They can raise their speed stats every time using any moves (excluding Sync Move) is successful by 1 stat rank.
When at 80% and 50% HP, it will endure the damage and cast again the sandstorm.
After using a Sync Move, it will return all the lowered stats back to normal.
Not only that, Nita's Landorus applies a critical next effect after using a Sync Move.
TIPS (If want to use the team I used)
Make sure to bring a Hail weather field caster or other weather field caster that it's non-sandstorm.
Irida & Glaceon have the advantage at this stage.
She can cast Ice Zone that also cast Hail Weather as well, and her Icy Wind can reduce all the opponent's speed stat by 1 stat rank.
The best attacker for this stage is Red (Champion) & Articuno.
It's best to use him 3/5 and already unlock his 6-Star EX and his EX Role for easier battle.
Make sure to use his 1st S-Move: Hail Grid.
SSA Cynthia & Lucario as the main support that can tank the damage and also heal using her Potion.
Keep the opponent's speed at normal state or lowered state
The main key is, to bring a Hail weather field caster, a strong Ice attacker, speed debuffer and support that can buff all allies' defense stats and can heal an ally.

fue un lio hacerlo yo lo hice con zapdos , glaceon y articuno el tema es que nakara debe estar enfocada a colocar campo y bajar la velocidad del oponente
I don’t have any good Ice type sync pairs (Except Grusha and Cetitan). I may have SSA Cynthia, but it isn’t enough.
How about using Neo Cheren, SS.Mina and Anni.Skyla? This team is pretty good too. Just sync with Mina for the first time and then focus on Cheren sync move to deal damage. Anni Skyla will play the role of both Physical Atk and Sp. ATK debuffer and also interupt those 3 opponents. Avoid to use Fly cuz you need Physical power up next for your sync nuke, i suppose you should only use Bleakwind Storm and that Buddy Move. If you have 4/5 or 5/5 Mina then it will be a piece of cake. Make sure to remember to use her Sync whenever you are in danger, Synchro healing will be a huge help, Mina's buddy move will be a life saver when Landorus hp drop down to around 50% or lower, i use it just in case to block that Hyper Beam and Earthquake😅. Anyways hope you can defeat her soon😊

I was doing that on purpose
To use a Sync Move quickly first.
NC Red TM reduce the Sync Move countdown by 1 so I add SSA Cynthia Head Start 1 and add Irida's Lucky Skill Head Start 1.
If you have the cookies and get lucky, then it's good
If only have one Head Start 1, it feel same using a Sync Move after the opponent using the 3rd move
