The Japanese Master Bartender - Kazuo Uyeda

Japanese bartending, characterized by technical mastery and unfailing attention to detail has one of its founding fathers in the person of Kazuo Uyeda.
Uyeda is one of the bartenders with the longest and richest career in the world and some of his inventions are used all around the world.
Today you can find this incredible man in his own bar, the Tender Bar, in the Ginza district of Tokyo. And you should really go visit him to have a unique cocktail experience.
