- The greenhouse is finally a jungle! Well.... almost. But after installing shaefer HAF fans and a netafim misting system we are getting very close to being ready for plants and animals. Make sure to like the video and subscribe to the channel to see us turn this greenhouse into a tropical jungle!
Super cool misting system man. And remember just because you channel is small right now i am sure it will get bigger when you start planting the greenhouse as that i often what people want to see. Keep up the good work👍

I am a plumber and I am this far through your build. Just was wondering why you are using galvanized piping when pex is cheaper and in my opinion a better option. Not downing you just wondering why.
Probably because PEX doesn't stand up too well against garden tools
Did you had to add a pressure pump for the misters or does it work without a pressure pump?
Mine works without a pressure pump no problem. I have decent water pressure in the greenhouse though. Not sure how much the system requires but I’m sure it says if you look up netafim manuals

Are you hanging those directly above your walkway.
Yes. Well they’re off to the side but they still spray it. There’s no way to mist everywhere but avoid the walkway

@@ALifeExotic Can you share the effective coverage area for one emitter? For example, I have a 10 ft wide greenhouse. I'd like to add these as misters to help with summer heat. I'd also like the mist not to directly spray on the walls of the greenhouse to reduce water spots and buildup on the greenhouse walls. I trying to find out if these would spray the walls or if I'd need to do one or two rows to get coverage. The greenhouse is 10'x20', and 12' tall. I plan on having the emitters 10' off of the ground.
